Great for a functional short stay
Pros:

Great value for a short stay and function. Was in town for an alumni reunion. It was close to Depauw, close to expressways, gas station and fast food. Its an older hotel BUT the room was clean with a fridge (that got cold) and a microwave. Beds were comfortable. Free WiFi

Cons:

The hot water didnt work at the sink outside the bathroom- but the shower water was hot. I was close to the front desk so the noise level was a bit high in the morning however I was only there 1 night and hit the road.

Super clean & comfortable stay!
Pros:

Great location! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and greeted us every time.

Cons:

It was a busy and you could hear quite a bit of noise as other guests came and went.

Never again.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Hotel has no lobby. I had to check in on a screen. I had a confirmation # and they told me they were sold out of rooms. It was 1am and all other hotels in area were sold out. I had to drive 45 minutes to another town.

Pros:

There were a few sketchy folks hanging about. But everyone was respectful and we not bothered.
The location was close to the arena venue we were showing at.

Cons:

The walls are thin and we could hear dogs and other quests. I’m sure they could hear us too.
Everything was clean and staff is very nice.
