Overall great location, excellent staff and clean appartment, though very small for 2 bedrooms and quite noisy.
Pros:

Location, staff at front desk were polite, helpful and professional. Great gym which we used each day.

Cons:

Zero ventilation in apartment. Windows were not sealed in bedroom so while locked, let lots of street noise in. One set of towels only for a 4 day stay, expected to use one in gym, my wife love sharing her towel with me for 4 days. Would have asked front desk for another but was always a queue there.

Not worth staying here. False representation online and was more tired when I left.
Pros:

The staff at the front deck were lovely and the location was good

Cons:

The rooms look nothing like the photos at all and when I asked about moving, they said all the rooms are like that. My wife stayed an extra night in a different room and it was worse. The dishwasher was broken and the windows need to be serviced/fixed. No blinds on the windows meant the tiny flat got very hot very quickly too.
The beds were also quite uncomfortable.

Fantastic views of the city and excellent location
Pros:

The location is very good, around a 10min walk from Southern Cross Station, and an easy flat walk of around 20mins to Flinders St Station.
The view was superior.
Staff in reception were friendly and provided additional resources like tea, coffee and soap when requested.

Cons:

Cleanliness was a bit under par, ie. just some attention to the details, but by no means would I have considered it 'dirty'.

Lovely facility, easy and so close to everything!
Pros:

Great spot, super easy to get to and so close to southbank.

Cons:

The parking is not directly attached so have to walk up the street (not far) to get to parking.
