Pros:

Location was handy to transport, had a balcony with City views, 24 hr reception so we were able to check in after midnight, small apartment but clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Very small bathroom, limited bench space.

Pros:

The location was the only redeeming factor for the property, easy to get into in CBD and across to Southbank. River view was nice.

Cons:

Absolutely filthy! Had to start by cleaning the kitchen and washing all the greasy cups and glasses, it was gross. Bench was covered in crumbs. The worst thing was the smell in the bedroom, eventually located in the cushions on the bed which smelt strongly of curry. They ended up out on the balcony as the smell was so over powering, and in all the bedding. The reception area was over crowded with luggage from those leaving (stored luggage) and the staff on the desk were rude and unprofessional, including eating a kebab while we checked in. We had book this for 7 nights we left after 1 and will never be back. Do not recommend.

Just a night away

The location of the property was fantastic, which was the reason that we picked it. The view was good. The room / apartment needs a lot of work. The storage/cupoard space was plentiflul for anyone staying for a week or more. Also great that there was a washing machine and cloths dryer in the apartment.

Cons:

The room/appartment needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. The room/apartment was very cramped and not comfortable for more than 2 people. We had a 2 bedroom appartment and only one bathroom was in the one they gave us. There seemed to be cooking smells coming through the vents. The bathroom was very small for a 2 bedroom apartment that was ment to accommodate up to 6 people. Missed not having a dishwasher.

Excelente departamento, vista maravillosa, a pasos de una estacion de tren y supermercado

El departamento es de buen tamaño, muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad a 5 minutos caminando de una de las principales estaciones de tren y supermercado. La vista es inigualable, se ve el Rio yarra y todos los rascacielos del centro de Melbourne lo que hace que tengas tu propio skyline desde la habitación
