There was black mold all over the floor and up the shower screens and could not shower for the first night and we also had our 7 month old baby who we were not able to shower either in both of the showers

Good but cleaning not very good. For money you pay floors etc should be clean

Dirty. Floors were dirty under bed and couch disgusting and the milk for coffee was sitting on bench and had been opened and only 1/4 full.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great for our 2 night stay in Melbourne. The view was wonderful.... especially at night.

Good Location, A little rough around the edges
Pros:

Great Location, Comfortable Beds, plenty of space.

Cons:

Getting car into parking is very difficult, car lift only suitable for small cars, Wi-Fi was useless, Not very clean. Washing machine was extremely loud. Water pressure in shower average.

Pros:

Location was absolutely perfect for our plans. Walking distance to everything. Lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby.
The apartment was spacious for our group of three.
Every staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly and accommodating to all our requests.

Cons:

Unfortunately the apartments cleanliness could have been better.. and it needs a touch of paint.
Also the external noise made it difficult to sleep… it may have been unusually busy because of the long weekend festivities or maybe Melbourne just doesn’t sleep! :)
