Situation géographique idéale au pied des pistes et vue depuis l'hôtel.
Le restaurant est bien mieux depuis les changements apportés en cuisine.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

We returned after a visit last year and the room was the same spacious and clean, along with staff that could not be more helpful.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed in the restaurant compare stop our previous visit. We could the menu had changed and had become rather limited compared to last year when we thought it was very good.

Un séjour parfait !
Pros:

Pour commencer, l'accueil au top avec le surclassement qui fait plaisir (chambre avec vue sur le Mont Blanc). Le personnel au top, très sympa et efficace. Le petit déj et le repas du soir excellent. La propreté de la chambre. Le parking privé (gratuit). Le coin lounge pour boire l'apéro avant le repas. Et le top, la situation : au pied des pistes à 20m de la télécabine ! Bref un rapport qualité/prix/emplacement plus que parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Cons:

Comme beaucoup de commentaires à ce sujet : la mauvaise insonorisation (ça demanderait un investissements énorme et les prix des chambres exploseraient) donc pour les oreilles sensibles : une boite de bouchons d'oreille à 5 € ça fait le job !!! (pour la blague, faudrait les proposer à l'accueil ) ;)

Best value for money budget ski hotel I have ever found
Pros:

This is the perfect answer for someone who wants value for money ski-in ski-out accommodation. The bedrooms are functional - don’t expect any luxuries - and perhaps a little tired, but entirely adequate for a ski trip. Public spaces have a bit more to them, creating relaxing and comfortable opportunities to enjoy meals and a quiet escape. Food was excellent for the price, sensibly avoiding an over-extensive dinner menu and a great variety of choices for breakfast. Staff were all very enthusiastic and keen to help us have an enjoyable holiday. The small spa offering (primarily sauna) was excellent.

Cons:

Showers in bedrooms could be improved and updated, but not a major issue even considering their importance on a skiing holiday.

La propreté, hôtel d’un autre temps salle de bain des années 80, couloir, moquette, finitions dans les chambres, photos mensongères sur le site , on nous annonce un hôtel à saint gervais alors qu’il se trouve en haut de la station du bettex à 10kms( effectivement c’est saint gervais mais ils faut arrêter de prendre les gens pour des imbéciles, serviettes tachees… le petit déj à 19e.j’en passe….
Heureusement le personnel est compréhensif

Pros:

The location scenery was wonderful but the accomdation did not match the website. The sauna was not on. The facilities were not clean. Very noisy at night could hear everything from other rooms and downstairs. The spa was terrible and not usable. There was nothing to eat after 8pm no vending machine. Looked for other accommodation but because we arrived at 8pm nothing was available. Corridor smelt or smoke and weed.

Posizione meravigliosa, silenzioso peccato per camere, bagni e prezzi
Pros:

Posizione, vista, piscina.

Cons:

Le camere sono super datate. Necessitano un restyling totale compreso il bagno fermo agli anni 70.
Conseguentemente il prezzo è superiore a quanto offerto.
Prezzo della cena superiore alla qualità offerta.
