AC kept the room cool when we couldn't open the balcony doors because of mosquitoes. right off İstiklal street, which has all the shopping you could need, from sweet treats to clothes to street food. the hotel's cafe was the best thing - excellently presented and tasting food and drinks every time. the service overall was excellent and the cat was the cherry on top. nice and clean as well.

Left the TV remote with batteries out so the cleaner could replace - she didn't - I bought some myself and replaced them

Room seemed to have an issue with small drain flies, one day we had 22 on the ceiling. Room was dirty in areas but always had clean sheets.

Think it's just in need of a refurbishment but all in all the hotel is in a great location in the centre of Istanbul and for public transport, which made it a convenient

The hotel is really nice and the staff was really kind and helpful. We really appreciate effort. The bed was excellent even for my parter who is 1.92m tall. The rooms were clean, shower was nice. We enjoyed it

Extremely friendly and professional hotel staff. The room was very comfortable..I was there in hot July and the air conditioning worked very well. Good location. It's in the heart of the tourist area so it gets busy, but that is part of being in Istanbul! I would stay here again.

Nice stay, very clean hotel, 20 meters from the busiest street in Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Overall it is the perfect place to stay! Houston and the other Manager on duty were very kind and professional, always making sure we were doing ok. The staff in the hotels cozy cafe downstairs were awesome! Love that noise from cafe downstairs and restaurants next door ends at 12am. For convenience to Main Street Istikal and to trams to get to other side it was so easy for us to get around. It’s a safe area. If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel, I highly recommend Nexthouse Pera. You get to experience real life in Turkey as a lot of locals frequent the cafe and restaurant so I got to see the culture and customs play out. The housekeeper at this hotel is sooo good she is professional and does a really good job cleaning rooms everyday. If you don’t mind the noise below, the first floor is ok, that’s where we stayed - otherwise request a room on the higher floors . All in all, if it’s your first time in Istanbul, this place felt safe and homey for me. Thank you Housein and the other manager for your lovely hospitality and friendship, and to your amazing staff both in hotel and cafe.

Lovely, comfortable hotel off Istiklal Cadessi. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, etc. Lovely, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast cafe in the same building.

Nice welcome. Great location, 6mins to Galata towers. We stayed on the 5th floor away from very active street noise, which can still be heard but not so bad. Spacious room, big bed and lots of little toiletries nice touch. Shower water pressure could be better but overall we would stay again.

An absolute gem of a place. Ideal for all transport, good local bars and restaurants. Lovely clean hotel and the excellent members of the staff team are polite, helpful and make you feel really at home. I thank all of the staff for their excellence.

This seems to be a family business. The owner was extremely nice, and even helped by giving tips as to what to visit and how to reach there.

The hotel is just beautiful, its located right in the center. Everything is in walkable distance and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are fully airconditioned, brand-new bathrooms and very clean.

Very accommodating staff that allowed an early check in at 7am. This is appreciated beyond words after a long flight. They were very informative about local necessities that I needed. Rooms are not huge but more than sufficient. Could hear some noise at night but that’s what you get in the amazing location it is.
