Room and bed were good. We didn't have breakfast. But the coffee in the room was good.
No complaints. However, previously you had more local beer on tap. Its disappointing it's no longer available. Having to get a room on one of those websites isnt my favourite.
Comfortable, quiet stay
Beautiful downtown hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing was the coffee machine was not working properly and the microwave door wouldn’t open after heating something up!
Renovations were wonderful. Historical significance recognized. Staff terrific. Day concierge gave me a tour. A real asset to your orgs ization. Only thing that stood out to me and surprising for such a qualify hotel- plastic shower stalls. Poor choice and poor taste.
Restaurant staff could be a little more professional. Suggest a fine hotel uniform for the restaurant staff. Take a look a t Fine European hotels.

Convenient having a nice lounge and great restaurant there. The traditional style is unique nowadays - like stepping back in time. The downtown location is great.
Wish it had a gym. I would recommend adding a nice fence around the ugly garbage and recycling bins that greet guests in the parking lot - not the most pleasant first impression.
We were pleasantly surprised by the "old world" charm and quality of this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were wonderful and it was a treat to relax in the lounge in the evening and enjoy the dining room.

We were so impressed with the staff. They honestly couldn't do enough for us. One gentleman got his personal vehicle and drove us to our concert as we couldn't get a taxi and it was pouring rain. The girls on the front desk, just amazing. The entire hotel is so beautiful
