Not impressed with Reno work in the room. Toilet, unsecure door locks. TV remote only works for the sat receiver, tv con

Close to shopping.

Cons:

Toilet not seated good to the floor. You can feel it rock when getting up off the seat.
Door to room not aligned right. Door latch to lock from inside does not work and neither does the flip bar to secure room from inside. Door hinges not aligned to allow secure inside lock mechanism to fall in place.

It’s fair, but like I said there are room for improvement.
Pros:

There was no breakfast when I was there, I know they said there is no breakfast included, but a complimentary breakfast or a decent coffee machine will be a good idea. Hotel is fair though.

A nice resealable priced hotel to rest, relax and get a good night sleep.
Pros:

I forgot a hat when I checked out. I called when I realized I forgot it and asked them if they could hold it for me until I returned in a week. When I returned 7 days later for my reservation I asked the attendent for the hat he knew exactly what I was asking for and ended up getting me the hat.

Cons:

A hair conditioner (I don't use) was left 1/2 empty on the bathroom sink counter.

Cons:

Had to keep getting room keys programmed every time we came back to our room. Also at check in instead of adding everything together they separated it all which I was not impressed about.
