Cons:

Salteaua aproape inexistenta, aerul conditionat murdar si cu praf pe el, aeroterma de la baie plina de praf, camera mica, tamplaria de la geamuri se inchidea greu si nu izola bine , se auzea de afara cu geamurile inchise, izolatie fonica 0 se auzeaze tot, pe hol si din celelalte camere

Hotel je výborně situovaný, v docházkové zóně vše.

Cons:

Dávají k pokoji pouze 1 kartu. Pokud jste na pokoji 2 a nechodíte neustále spolu, může to být komplikace. Snídaně podle recenzí úžasná, za mě hodně slabá. Určitě bych hodnotila jako podprůměrnou.

Всё было на высшем уровне: чистота, комфорт и прекрасное отношение к гостям. Отдельную благодарность хотим выразить сотруднику ресепшена Дулату за доброжелательность, внимательность и помощь. Также большое спасибо Саёре и всему персоналу 5-го этажа за чистоту, заботу и отличное обслуживание.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — всё было очень вкусно! 😊

Nice hotel near city centre
Pros:

Hotel is on walkable distance to city centre and to bazars. Every member of the staff is so nice and so helpful. Bed is so cozy and we slept there so well.

Cons:

I personaly would add some diversity to breakfast and i think that bathroom need deep cleaning precisely shower because there are some mold on walls. But everything else was realy clean and everyday we got clean towels and toilet paper

L’hôtel est bien situé, ce qui est le seul vrai point positif.

Cons:

je ne comprends pas vraiment la note assez élevée de l’établissement. La chambre était tout simplement catastrophique, rien à voir avec les photos présentées sur le site. Les chambres sont vieillottes et la moquette était sale. Le ménage n’était pas très bien fait et nous avions une vue directement sur un mur. Le bruit de la climatisation était également assez gênant.

Le matin, le personnel de ménage parlait et criait assez fort dans les couloirs, ce qui nous réveillait. Les lits doubles sont aussi très petits et il n’y avait qu’un seul drap pour se couvrir.

Heureusement que nous n’avions réservé que deux nuits. l’hôtel est loin de correspondre aux photos et à la note affichée.

O experiență plăcută
Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun a fost suficient și proaspăt totul și faptul că hotelul și camera erau curate.

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că noaptea se auzea chemarea la rugăciune și trebuia să dormi cu geamurile închise și nu a fost menționat nicăieri acest aspect.
Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că totul în hotel este cam învechit, ar necesita o renovare generală!
