Very satisfying and happy
Pros:

Its very good hotel i recommend the staff are amazing and friendly they welcomed us with big joy they even help us moving my grandma she cant walk they helped me moving her with the wheelchair the rooms are clean we even got free room upgrade i do highly recommend this hotel im more than satisfied

Приветливый персонал, русскоговорящие,это плюс. Соотношение цена за ночь и номер хорошие. Рядом нет ничего шумного. Завтрак хороший. Нам с матерью понравилось 👍

Nos encantó la estancia.
Pros:

Nada más llegar nos dieron una habitación más grande de la que habíamos reservado.

La limpieza fue de 10, la habitación y el baño los limpiaban todos los días, y siempre nos cambiaban las toallas.

Todo el personal fue súper amable, desde recepción hasta las chicas de limpieza.

También nos gustó mucho que hubiera una zona para planchar la ropa y agua disponible en cada planta para beber o rellenar la botella.

La ubicación es otro de sus puntos fuertes. Está en una zona muy céntrica, a menos de 5 minutos de la avenida principal, donde hay muchísimos restaurantes y tiendas. Desde el hotel se puede llegar caminando al Bazar de las Especias y al Gran Bazar. También se puede ir andando a la Mezquita Azul y a Eminönü. Además, al llegar a la avenida está la parada de tranvía, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por la ciudad.

El desayuno está bastante bien, con opciones dulces y saladas para todos los gustos.

I would recommend
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located at a comfortable walking distance to the tram and metro. The breakfast had a nice variety and something from the local turkish cuisine every day. Housekeeping came by with cleaning services and fresh towels every day. Their blow dryer works surprisingly very well for a hotel and the AC made it all very comfortable. The spacious rooftop served as a nice resting area for whenever we would stop by the hotel to offload during the day. Staff at reception and breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. not the five star experience but a very nice local one
