Important information:

The hotel offers small but well-equipped and comfortable rooms.

The property does not have air conditioning or a elevator.

The half-board rate includes a two-course dinner, with drinks not included.

Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 6:00 to 22:00.

On Fridays, weekends, and public holidays, reception is open from 7:00 to 13:00 and again from 17:00 to 21:30.

Guests are kindly asked to inform the hotel in advance if arriving after 19:00.

The restaurant is closed at lunchtime on Mondays and Saturdays, and all day on Sundays.

Evening service is available from 19:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Lunch service is available from 12:00 to 13:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, by reservation only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Malgré ma demande de remboursement, je n’ai pas été mis en contact avec un responsable de l’établissement mais redirigé vers une adresse e-mail personnelle. Une situation peu conforme aux standards de transparence et de professionnalisme attendus d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

The staff were friendly, parking is free, the location conveniently located not far off the motorway and near a shopping center.

Cons:

That the pictures do not reflect reality (dark corridors, room size, breakfast...) and that I was asked to give an overall score of at least eight to avoid repercussions for the staff.

Nous sommes allés manger dans le restaurant ( resto novo) le chef cuisinier est passé dans la salle de restaurant ( a la fin de son service) sans dire bonsoir à la clientèle !!! Et en ignorant complètement !!! C'est vraiment dommage car pourtant il cuisine bien !! Mais questions politesse !!! 😱
