Clean, simple, great option for budget hotel. It is budget level. Staff was helpful and friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, AC was powerful, outdoor courtyard was cute, great Chinese restaurant across the street, great coffee shop/breakfast place around the block, bring your own soap, shampoo, etc.

Centric hotel if y coming to and bunny concert in San Juan. Train is 10 min away walking. Very convenient

Very kind staff. The room was very clean.
The room was extremely cold and the night staff attendant did not take much effort to assist. My family and I slept in an ice cold room. The morning staff came in and changed the batteries in the control, then I was able to turn off the AC. Also, there was no body wash in the shower and no wash cloth available.

We lost the connecting flight from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico so we didn’t get to stay in the dream hotel and we lost the money from the hotel
Good for one night. There's a few clubs and bars around so yiu can kind of hear the music and noise.
Thw shower didn't have hot water
