A lovely location, and a really beautiful building inside and out! The staff were helpful with recommendations

Cons:

My shower was blocked on arrival, leading to flooding of the bathroom. I was only there for one night, but this could have caused an issue - though it is easily resolved!
The mosquito net on the door of the room was incomplete, so some bugs did get into the room. I'm quite susceptible to bug bites!

Fantastisk
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful overall, spacious, and very comfortable. In addition, the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.

Its location in downtown Oaxaca City is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city’s main attractions.

I had a very positive experience, and everything was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a large teachers’ protest affecting a significant area of downtown Oaxaca during our stay. It did take away some of the magic of being able to fully enjoy and explore the city, but of course, that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. It was simply a social situation taking place at the time.

Other than that, I honestly have nothing negative to say about the hotel. The property, service, staff, and overall experience were excellent, and I would gladly stay there again.

Poor communication from staff, cold showers, frustrating
Pros:

The cleaning staff was phenomenal, changed the sheets daily, new towels daily, the common area was clean.

Cons:

The shower knobs were incredibly wobbly, which made the water shift from scorching hot to freezing cold. We informed to the front desk about this and they said they would send someone to fix it. They never followed up so we had to go speak to them again in order to find out that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. We were told that all the rooms had the same issue, however, during an excursion, we spoke to other people staying at the hotel and realized that was not the case. Our stay was five days and we dealt with this for four until they finally allowed us to switch rooms. The hot water also was not working for a portion of the stay, but that was due to the electricity and their boiler messing up due to the rain.
The lady who sells the excursions beside the front desk also makes a lot of fake claims and once you book the excursions with her is the last time you see her. During the excursions sold at the hotel be expected to be asked for money multiple times by the drivers for the toll booths and as a donation for the small towns you go through, this is never mentioned by the lady selling the tickets, Carmen.

Great experience.
Pros:

The staff were professional and kind. The continental breakfast was delicious. We got two bottles of water for free and clean towels every day, and the location was perfect for us.

Cons:

There were a few minor dislikes but nothing that would deter us ftom returning.. We had a leaky toilet and there was at times excessive noise above our room which was the rooftop.

Pros:

Me gusto la limpieza de las habitaciones y en general la de hotel.
Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, ninca habiamos estado en Oaxaca y la verdad esta en un punto muy bueno

Cons:

El Wifi en la habitación no se podía usar por la baja intencidad con que llegaba, el desayuno lo sirven despues de las ocho y los tours empiezan a las ocho por lo que te tienes que ir sin desayurar y el día que si desayunamos muy raquitica la porción de fruta que te sirven y no hay opciones por si no pueds consumir un alimento que ellos tienenprogramado, el sabor bueno pero muy pocas alternativas.
El estacionamiento esta a tres cuadras del hotel loque complice un poco la salida y la llegad
