Struttura accogliente, decentrata ma vicina alla fermata della metro, personale sempre presente h24. Camera piccina, arredi essenziali, ma perfettamente pulita quotidianamente. Unica nota negativa la rumorosità della strada che non ci ha permesso di dormire molto, probabilmente le camere con affaccio più interno migliori. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Hotel located in downtown area, a very busy part of town, lots of traffic and noise. Hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and bars. Rooms were simple and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Viaje de familia, la zona poco aconsejable, cuando salíamos se nos acercaba ofreciendo drogas y camino hacia el centro mucha población viviendo en las calles, no me gustó nada la zona

Hotel semplice ma molto pulito. Personale gentilissimo. Vicinissimo alla metro.

Fint sted til prisen. Super hyggeligt pastellaria lige ved siden af til morgenmad, og nemt både at gå til eller med metro til centrum. Tæt på sporvogn 28, som bestemt er en tur værd.

L'albergo è molto pulito, anche negli spazi comuni. La reception è aperta H24. Il personale è fantastico, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Sia all'arrivo (avvenuto prima del consueto orario di check in), sia il giorno della partenza, ci hanno tenuto senza alcun problema e costo in deposito i bagagli. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Anjos. Vicino c'è un'ottimo bar pasticceria per fare colazione Docel. Un caro saluto al personale ed in particolare a Paolo (credo si chiamasse così) che ha fatto divertire tantissimo nostro figlio di 9 anni.

Ótima estadia. Hotel muito bem localizado e muito limpo.

Enjoyed a 3 night stay, the room was small, clean and suitable. Staff were very friendly. 1 issue, the rooms are not sound proof as stated, there noise from inside the hotel one of the nights (banging and clattering).

La estadía ha Sido buena, si debo decir algo en contra es que no hay ascensor, pero esto es normal en Europa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Estrela de Arganil. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We also really liked the neighbourhood. The hotel is very close to the metro and is a walking distance from many great restaurants. I also appreciated the coffee machine on the first floor.

le Bruit dehors ca peut passer , mais en dedans on en entend tout ce qui se passe en détails dans les chambres autour. Comme si dans la chambre avec nous. La personne au lobby parle pas anglais pas français , pas d’ascendeur. 3e étage Chambre laide, pomme de douche défectueux. passé 3 jours, yark

Agradable experiencia. El único detalle es que se debía dejar las llaves del cuarto cuando se salía del hotel

Bel endroit, bien situé, très propre. Un peu bruyant, mais nous sommes au coeur de la ville.Très bon rapport qualité-prix !

It was great. This place is a great starting point for trips around Lisbon and other places. Sometimes at night you can hear the subway, but we were tired enough that it didn't bother us at all.

Estadia foi muito agradável. Desde simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza do quarto e casa de banho, boa localização, fácil acesso ao metro, farmácia, restaurantes, entre outros.
Gostei muito e certamente voltarei.

Établissement situé au dessus du métro de la ville qui s’entend à chaque passage avec des vibrations. Attention, pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes à mobilités réduites. Personnel présent H24 parlant français pour certains accueil chaleureux

Zero privacy... The property description reads the rooms are “soundproofed” – but this is not true; you can hear every incoming SMS ding from a phone in the adjoining rooms, and you can follow along all conversations word by word. This really should be addresses by the hotel. Further, the room images on the website show balconies, or at least windows. My room neither had a balcony, nor did it have a usable window (the only window was in the bathroom, with frosted glass, facing a wall). Staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The property is about 20 minutes walking from the center/riverfront area.
