Location, staff friendliness

Cons:

The room was musty upon entering, the door did not open completely, there was a loofah left behind (not ours) hanging in the shower, and the window's lock did not lock (and we were on the 1st floor)...

All good until the end
Pros:

The property was very clean

Cons:

Literally no water the last night, when we called and spoke with the front desk their response was it’s must be the city’s fault. There wasn’t any water until 5:30am on our last day and even then there wasn’t much water pressure.
