La posizione vicino al centro e di fronte al mare.

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia, ma questo non sarebbe un problema se fosse pulita e i servizi fossero utilizzabili.
Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà.
Scarsa pulizia, ho chiesto un cambio camera perché le condizioni della prima stanza non erano accettabili. Doccia rotta, lenzuola bucate, e un cerotto attaccato alla porta, soltanto per fare qualche esempio.
Odore sgradevole già appena si entra.

Avevamo prenotato mesi fa e all'ultimo giorno ci hanno cambiato hotel per sistemarci in una struttura a fianco del Papete, impossibile trovare parcheggio se non a venti minuti a piedi, in una stanza piccola per una tre letti, nessun comodino, dieci centimetri tra un letto e l'altro, senza aria condizionata e frigo presente ma spento, stanza impolverata, televisione rotta, riacaldamento spento e bagno freddo. Essendo a Milano Marittima per un concorso equestre alle Siepi, le esigenze della scelta per l' hotel, l'offerte di 2 giorni di lwttino in spiaggia ad Aprile non ci ha ripagato del disagii. Sicuramente non ci vedranno più.
