Deludente ed assolutamente sconsigliato

Si salva solo per l'ottima posizione e per la qualitá del cibo del ristorante

L'albergo esternamente si presenta bene, ma la camera assegnata era fatiscente, datata e poco pulita (anche le trapunte del letto avevano macchie di sporco visibili). Al nostro arrivo alle 18 in camera non avevamo neppure gli asciugamani. Il letto a castello senza protezione era attaccato alla finestra (davvero pericoloso con dei bimbi). Siamo stati due giorni senza acqua calda e alle nostre lamentele rispondevano dicendo che il tecnico ci stava lavorando e ci rimpiazzavano con bottigliette d'acqua offerte dalla direzione (risultato é che non é stato possibile fare la doccia dopo due giorni al mare, e con due bambini non é stato bello). Il servizio al ristorante sbrigativo e poco accorto (mentre prendevamo al buffet ci portavano giá le portate del primo) e la mattina alla colazione ci hanno cambiato tavolo e quando ho richiesto il seggiolone per il bimbo piccolo mi é stato detto di andarlo a prendere dal nostro vecchio tavolo (ovviamente ho fatto subito presente che non spettava a me dato che che ci avevano senza preavviso spostato di tavolo).
Idem per il parcheggio interno (che si paga a parte) ci
é stato indicato che non potevamo più prendere la
macchina fino alla fine del soggiorno (anche qui senza segnalarlo prima), quindi alla fine ci hanno fatto
un voucher per parcheggiare nelle striscie blu del
Comune. Ma la cosa più grave che ci hanno fatto
pagare al check in, sennò avrei chiesto la riduzione del
prezzo dato i disagi avuti con l'acqua calda.
Ovviamente non ci hanno rimborsato ma liquidato
sempre con delle bottiglie di acqua offerte dall'hotel
(che abbiamo rifiutato). Non siamo stati gli unici a
lamentarci, ma anche altri ospiti che stavano
soggiornando anche da più giorni. Assolutamente
sconsigliato, sopratutto con dei bambini!

Ich möchte ihn am liebsten vergessen und werde dorthin nicht mehr zurückkehren.

Mir haben vor allem das Meer, die Muscheln, das Wetter, die frische Luft und die Natur gefallen. Auch die Zeit am Strand war schön. Wir haben uns besonders über die Dinge gefreut, die außerhalb des eigentlichen Hotelaufenthalts lagen. Unser Ziel war es, den Urlaub trotzdem zu genießen, auch wenn nicht alles gut war. Mein Fehler war, dass ich die Bewertungen vor der Buchung nicht sorgfältig gelesen habe.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass man für den bezahlten Preis und den ganzen Aufwand auch in einem deutlich besseren und prestigeträchtigeren Hotel hätte Urlaub machen können, ohne sich dabei unwohl zu fühlen. Ich möchte nicht alles im Detail beschreiben – wer möchte, kann selbst hinfahren und sich ein eigenes Bild machen.

Ich kann nur eines hinzufügen: Eine Person, die sich damals im Hotel aufgehalten hat, einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreitete und zudem mit den Händen Dinge berührte, was einfach unangenehm war, hat keinen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
