the rooms were very well thought out for hospitality. not just clean, but cozy, like being at home.
Pros:

so very comfortable, motels aren't my style, but this was a very nice surprise. the breakfast was a wonderful added surprise. Everything was special! The rooms were very cozy, and welcoming, full of hospitality!

Cons:

you could hear the people in the rooms on both sides, it wasn't bad, but with the wrong neighbor, it might of been. My Grandson and I felt safe and although you knew there were people next to you, it wasn't loud.

Loved the room, so cute and clean. The staff were wonderful. Really loved the option for the voucher for the restaurant, Speckled Hen, (which is literally right across the street) for breakfast. Fantantic food and definately a good change from the normal continental breakfast you usually get. Will definately stay here again.

Cons:

Didn't realize our room was on the lower level and the people above us were pretty loud walking around late into the night. Otherwise, great stay,

Pros:

Great location to Sight and Sounds which is the main reason for our stay ! Room was very clean beds were very comfortable! Like the parking right in front of my room! Breakfast was good too!

Cons:

Room would be more comfortable with at least one nice setting chair ,didn't like the little metal chairs to small and hard so to set comfortable you had to set in the bed

Excellent, although pricey, we'd stay again!
Pros:

Cleanest, most comfortable hotel/motel we've ever stayed at. Wasn't our first time. Whenever an event in Lancaster, we stay here. Staff is fantastic! And you get a voucher for breakfast that is across the street.

Location, overall cleanliness

Cons:

Found hair on the pillows the minute we stepped in. Very noisy crackling floors. Breakfast is not included, they’re offering 8$ per day per person for the restaurant across the street.

The room was absolutely cozy and we enjoyed the walk to the Speckled Hen both mornings.

We loved how cute and cozy the room was and the walk to the Speckled Hen both mornings. The food and hospitality at the Speckled Hen was also enjoyable!

Cons:

We couldn’t find our room at first (177) but that wasn’t necessarily something negative, but it might be helpful to have some signing that it is down the stairs. Once I re-checked my email and saw it said “lower-level studio” we found it pretty quickly.

Pros:

I always look forward to breakfast at the Speckled Hen. The workers are so friendly and vibrant! My My favorite on the menu is the oatmeal.

Cons:

I couldn’t find my room because it was not marked clearly. Also, I wish I had been warned that there were steps involved. I’m suffering from arthritis in my feet, so it was difficult doing the steps and carrying my luggage.

It was fantastic!
Pros:

Loved free parking outside our room. The decor was lovely and the room was sparkling clean. To top it off, it was the most comfortable bed and pillows we ever slept on in a hotel or motel. We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There's was nothing I didn't like!!
