Pros:

We hadden een suite gekozen voor 3 volwassenen, gelegen aan de straatkant, maar lawaaihinder was er niet. De kamer met dubbel bed was uitstekend, maar eerder klein. De derde persoon kon slapen in de slaapbank van de "living". Dit is minder geschikt voor oudere mensen (matras/bed was niet plat). WC was apart van de badkamer.
Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en goed van smaak/kwaliteit maar alles diende van het buffet gehaald te worden. Enig minpuntje: de waterkoker voor de eieren werkte niet naar behoren. Het avondmaal was uitstekend en zeer prijsgunstig.
Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, top!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets ernstigs.

Nice, clean and comfy room. Great location. Worth the money.
Pros:

What I like most is that there's actually a door for the bedroom area. This makes the room even quieter. Friendly staff in their restaurant, had dinner there.

Cons:

Unfortunately the spa closed on Monday so didn't get a chance to try.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Massagen waren super.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht.
Um 4 Uhr morgens waren Leute auf der Terrasse und haben uns mit ihrem Geschwätz geweckt.

A relaxing experience based around a trip to Giverny.
Pros:

Very helpful and industrious staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant and terrace were a relaxing spaces and the food was lovely. Decent breakfast, quality linen and a spacious room with a separate toilet and a separate bathroom.

Cons:

The carpet could be updated.

Pros:

L'emplacement au centre de Vernon près du quartier historique et du bord de seine.
L'aspect extérieur du bâtiment.

Cons:

Le côté impersonnel de l'établissement et de la chambre avec une absence de finition et de décoration. La chambre (102) avec vue directe sur un toit de dépendance sur cour et des travaux intérieurs non finis ( peinture plafond, porte intérieure démontée ....) ne correspondait pas au standing d'un 3 étoiles et au tarif facturé pour 1 nuit.
S'agissant du petit déjeuner facturé à plus de 15 euros, il comprenait des produits très standards, aucun produit régional, du pain et croissanterie industriels, quelques morceaux de fromages sans pâte cuite et très fatigués, pas de fruits frais hors quelques pommes et oranges idem pour les jus de fruits.
Il était aussi triste que la chambre... le tarif global n'était pas justifié au regard des prestations.
