Location was good
The people at the front desk were horrible and rude. Not friendly in the slightest. Elevator was broken, did not even offer to help with bags and we only had small carryons. Tried to ask about parking, they were dismissive. I left something there and it was not recovered… I offered to come back the next day to get it they said it was not found. The excuse was that they were super busy and the elevator was broken, which makes no sense. When we were there it was dead. Would not stay again.
Beds comfortable. Hotel clean. Most staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant outside area to eat.
No tea/coffee in room ! No place to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Couldn’t watch TV in room as had no signal.
More variety of fruit needed for breakfast. At breakfast coffee cups much too small. There was no marmalade.

Sehr altes, heruntergekommenes Zimmer. Teppich sehr schmutzig und voller Flecken. Fön unbenutzbar, gefühlt aus der 80er Jahren. Komischer Geruch in der Toilette.
All was good.Staff were brilliant though they gave me little chance to practice my (bad) French as they all spoke English.
I would have liked fruit salad on the breakfast menu, and possibly more vegetarian options for diner.
