Vous devriez demander au préalable si le client est d'accord pour une chambre destinée à des personnes à mobilité réduite. A 148 € la nuit, j aurais aimé être dans une chambre et une sdb un peu plus cocoon. Je ne reviendrai pas malgré mes nombreux déplacements sur le site. Le lit grinçait.

Nous avions réservé le petit déjeuner en chambre mais à l arrivée on nous a dit que cela ne sera pas possible alors que j avais échangé par email deux jours avant et qu on nous avait dit que c était possible.

Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Une nuit supplémentaire de facturée pour non annulation car j’avais 2 réservations à mon nom (impossible de retrouver ma 1ere réservation, je pensais donc ne pas l’avoir finalisé). L’hôtel n’était pas complet donc aucun impact pour eux mais n’ont rien voulu savoir. Peut-être serait-il plus commerçant d’appeler le client pour confirmer si c’est une erreur ou non au lieu de mettre les clients devant le fait accompli.
Spa dans l’hôtel mais pas ouvert tous les jours.
Déménagement à 00h30 dans la chambre au dessus de moi et impossible de joindre la réception pour faire cesser le bruit.

bon restaurant et petit déjeuné complet en buffet

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain froide à notre arrivée
rideaux de fenêtre de la salle de bain très fin et presque transparent
les viennoiseries et le pain étaient moyen (il y a des bonnes boulangeries à deux pas de l'établissement)

Sehr altes, heruntergekommenes Zimmer. Teppich sehr schmutzig und voller Flecken. Fön unbenutzbar, gefühlt aus der 80er Jahren. Komischer Geruch in der Toilette.

Location was good

Cons:

The people at the front desk were horrible and rude. Not friendly in the slightest. Elevator was broken, did not even offer to help with bags and we only had small carryons. Tried to ask about parking, they were dismissive. I left something there and it was not recovered… I offered to come back the next day to get it they said it was not found. The excuse was that they were super busy and the elevator was broken, which makes no sense. When we were there it was dead. Would not stay again.
