We were grateful to Chiara for her help with directions to the parking before we arrived. Chiara greeted us with lots of helpful information about the sights we mentioned we had come to see. It was also really kind of them to suggest such a fantastic local restaurant nearby which proved to be our favourite from the whole nine-day trip.

The hotel room was was fine with everything we needed. A comfortable bed and everything was clean and tidy. The shower water pressure mightily impressive. The bathroom could best be described as compact.

Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have had a second cup of coffee. The single member of staff was not really available to ask...

Spettacolare struttura in posizione panoramica e silenziosa. Le tnte scale per raggiungere la camera sono l"unica ragione per dare il voto massimo. Personale alla reception gentilissimo. I suggerimenti per la cena ci hanno fatto scoprire un ristorante spettacolare. Hanno anche vari sconti disponibili per le attrazioni locali. Noi abbiamo usufruito di quelli per le Marmore e per Narni sottoterranea.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la recepción y luego más escalerss para las habitaciones

Hotel and restaurant staff were lovely, especially Claudia in the restaurant and Alexandra at reception. Our room was clean and spacious. The town:charming. The bed was comfortable. The shower was incredibly small, which was the only downside. We were pleased.

Absolutely beautiful . Would definitely stay here again.

Caratteristico borgo, ottima accoglienza e tanta tranquillità

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione tranquilla e in base anche al punteggio dato da altri ospiti sul Vs. sito. Nonostante il nostro arrivo sia avvenuto abbondantemente dopo l'orario di fine check-in (che x l'orario invernale termina alle 18:30) la titolare ci ha accolto calorosamente e accompagnato alla nostra spaziosissima stanza raccontandoci aneddoti non solo storici sia sull'hotel che i dintorni.
La cena servita nel vicino ristorante è stata ottima.
Unica nota dolente relativamente al ristorante (che funge anche da sala colazioni) il locale freddo....il riscaldamento era spento.
Sicuramente da consigliare.

La camera era pulita, la doccia piccola ed obsoleto il gruppo doccia , il servizio ottimo.Il ristorante con buoni piatti e personale gentile. Buona la posizione dell' hotel situata al centro del borgo con vista sulla valle. Un borgo che assomiglia ad un piccolo gioiello incastonato in una valle.

The staff was wonderful the views amazing breakfast was very good. If you like to go off the beaten track this qualifies. We encountered an unusual heatwave but the staff supplied two fans which made sleeping pleasant. The Marmore's Falls is amazing and should not be missed. Also close to Spoleto which is worth the trip

un soggiorno molto breve solo una notte ma molto intenso con visite in posti stupendi purtroppo c'era poco tempo per visitare questa splendida regione ma torneremo a presto.....

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, especially the service we received from Claudia. The pasta with truffles and lamb were off the chains good.
The drawbacks of this hotel are:
92 stairs from the parking area to your room. No designated parking for hotel guests. It is basically adjacent Street parking. There is no air conditioning or fans. Getting to sleep was difficult due to temperature of room and noise from street including barking dogs (all night) and conversations on street and homes nearby.

Skøn overnatning i rolige omgivelser i lille landsby på toppen af en høj bakke. Ok værelse og fin morgenmadsbuffet i den tilhørende restaurant. God service i receptionen.

Tolle Lage, super-nettes Personal! Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Camera confortevole si e dormito bene e scomoda la zona il borgo, in giro non c'è niente con tanti scalini per raggiungere l'hotel

Very spacious room. No AC, but being in the hills the weather was cool in early August. The waitress in the adjoining restaurant was so welcoming and helpful describing the Italian menu.
Since windows are open, light and sound were about.

the most amazing view of the mountains.
veri nice pepole just muinits drive to all the things we wanted to see.
