• Pillowcases were yellowed and appeared worn, raising cleanliness concerns.
• No iron was provided in the room. Requests were inconvenient as housekeeping was unavailable at night.
• The room phone was not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.
• The only available iron was located at the ground floor near reception, which was not practical.
• The bathroom sink was very noisy when in use.
• There was frequent early morning noise from garbage collection trucks.

Ok for a night or two but not value for money for a superior suite

Run-down. Toilet bowl flush not strong, at times it choked. Bath tub water leaked from the bottom. Rubbish bin not cleared from previous guest. The room looked dirty.

Everything was fine except water leaking from the wall
Pros:

It was cozy, beds were able to shift together so that my kids and us able to sleep together.

Cons:

there were leaking of water near the tv area...might be aircon ledge leaking which freak us out and have to put towels to stop the leaking, hotel water have a strong chlorine smell not sure if water.was safe to drink.

Pros:

hotel room is clean and simple with necessity item , good location, surrounding plenty of eatery and drinks, can be overwhelm though because of too many to choose to begin with.

Cons:

hotel room old air conditioning unit's make quite a loud sound, they need to do something about it. Hotel's reserved parking lot are limited, if drive, make sure you arrive early, not like 6pm~10pm, peak hour when people having dinner, 100% wont find a parking lot nearby.
