good location
Pros:

hotel room is clean and simple with necessity item , good location, surrounding plenty of eatery and drinks, can be overwhelm though because of too many to choose to begin with.

Cons:

hotel room old air conditioning unit's make quite a loud sound, they need to do something about it. Hotel's reserved parking lot are limited, if drive, make sure you arrive early, not like 6pm~10pm, peak hour when people having dinner, 100% wont find a parking lot nearby.

Strategic location

Cons:

I have been Avantgarde hotel few times but this time the room disappointed me. Room no 313 is not really feels safe and comfortable at the same time the toilet and the tv as well. Usually the hotel is highly recommend but not this time round. Please upgrade. Thanks

Passable but will explore other options next time.
Pros:

Location was very near Sutera mall. Toilet and bedsheets seems clean enough.

Cons:

The lobby and lift had a smell. The ventilation is not good. The corridor and room had a musty smell like mildew. The toilet couldn’t flush well but you can get around it by flushing a few more times. Although the room seems clean enough there was dust at the corners. The room could not be aired as it opens up to the exhaust gases from the kitchen below - smell of fried chicken wings and hot air.
