Pros:

la climatisation et l'isolation

Cons:

la légèreté du personnel qui a remis le duplicata de la clé d'une de nos chambre à un autre client. Celui-ci s'est introduit à minuit dans la chambre de nos petites filles ( 12 et 18 ans) provoquant leur panique; La plus petite a vu sa nuit et la fin de son séjour gâchés. Aucune transmission au service de jour qui nous a contacté en cours de journée croyant qu'on était parti car l'autre client avait laissé le duplicata de clé dans la boite. Aucune excuses de la part du personnel , seulement un vague "désolé"
Nous sommes vraiment déçus du manque de professionnalisme de cet hôtel.

Expérience très décevante

Le parking très accessible
Intervention rapide après avoir constaté que le lavabo était bouché (sans doute aurait-il été préférable pour la personne chargée du ménage entre chaque réservation de s'en apercevoir et d'intervenir avant)

Cons:

Grosses tâches de moisi sur les joints de la douche ; propreté du rideau de douche suspecte ; pas de protège matelas sur le lit ; les serviettes de douche sont restées humides pendant le temps de notre séjour, l'aération de la salle d'eau n'étant certainement pas au point) ; des poubelles qui débordent à l'extérieur ; entrée de l'immeuble sale.
Nous avions pris les petits déjeuner. Le 1er jour, rien à redire ; le 2e jour les croissants (pâte surgelée) n'étaient pas cuits ; le 3e jour pas de réapprovisionnement de viennoiseries la personne en charge des petits déjeuner avait mieux à faire, à raconter, sans doute, son week-end à sa collègue de l'accueil

Goede ligging, vriendelijk maar hygiëne kan zeker beter!!
Pros:

De liggin en de parking erbij waren een pluspunt.
Vlakbij is er een supermarkt wat erg handig is.
Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

De hygiëne op de kamer was niet wat we verwacht hadden.
Het slaapgedeelte was goed.
Maar het keukentje en de badkamer waren niet wat het moet zijn.
De glazen in de keukenkast waren vuil alsook de waterkoker en het vuur.
Het douchegordijn was vies.
De potten en pannen waren oud en versleten.

Das Frühstück konnte man zu einem fairen Preis dazu buchen. Parkplätze kostenfrei vor Ort. Betten bequem. Zimmer gut isoliert.

Cons:

Zimmer und Betten zu klein. Bad verwöhnt mit Schinmelspuren. Kein Reinigungsservice innerhalb von 4 Tagen. Keine Handtuchwechsel, Badteinigung oder Staubsaugen. Installierte Abluft im Bad und Zimmer defekt.
Weiteres Toilettenpapier nur auf Anfrage. Kein Aufzug, somit nicht behindertengerecht. Verschmutztes Kinder-Beistellbett.
