Una estancia perfecta
Pros:

Todo. Es un lugar maravilloso, idílico que se nota que cuidan, miman y que están pendientes de los detalles . El personal es encantador . Cenamos y desayunamos estupendamente . Volveríamos sin dudarlo . La habitación preciosa y con mucho gusto.

We agreed that this was an excellent hotel for the money, and we’d come back.
Pros:

Four of us (two couples; we are all experienced European travelers) visited here. One of us said, “If I could put it anywhere else, I would go there!” (Not an indictment of its present location; a desire it could also be found in other places we like to visit, like Hawaii). The rooms were large, clean, quiet, and well maintained. Bathrooms were large, new, and clean. The grounds are delightful, with lots of room to move around. This property is very well situated for short drives around the north shore, with lots of excellent sightseeing and beaches. We ate dinner there every night, and we all agree the food and wine were very good (and the wine was very reasonably priced). More than anything else, though, is the quality of the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and our group found the hospitality better than in Italy, which is where we normally travel. Especially Jesus, who was our bartender and chief waiter, and always took time to explain our bills to us, so there was no misunderstanding. What a delightful person! Great hotel! If we’re ever near the northern part of Mallorca, we all agree we would definitely stay here.

Cons:

Coming from America, when someone says the jacuzzi is ‘ready’, we understand that to be about 100-102F. At this property, that meant lukewarm (though they kept the sauna toasty hot). This is a very small issue, and wouldn’t keep us from going back.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur mit gutem Essen und viel Entschleunigung.
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war eine Wohltat für Körper und Seele. Die Lage ist traumhaft – eingebettet in Natur, wunderbar ruhig und angenehm abgeschieden vom Alltag. Hier findet man echte Langsamkeit und Entschleunigung, fern von Hektik und Lärm. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das gute Essen, das den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt

Cons:

Ein kleiner Hinweis für die Zukunft: Im Oktober dürfte der Pool gern etwas wärmer sein. Ansonsten war alles genau so, wie man es sich wünscht – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tuve la fortuna de hospedarme en este hotel durante unas vacaciones con mi madre, y la experiencia fue simplemente memorable.
Desde el primer momento, todo el personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidas con una calidez excepcional. Nos sentimos verdaderamente consentidas durante toda nuestra estancia.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Jesús, Pablo y Miriam por su atención impecable. También agradezco enormemente a la dama de recepción (lamento no recordar su nombre) quien nos orientó con gran conocimiento sobre las opciones de senderismo en la zona, lo cual enriqueció mucho nuestra experiencia.
El equipo completo nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaremos y que recomendamos ampliamente.

A Serene beautiful elegant and relaxed retreat

Luxurious, retreat-style farmhouse, amazing facilities and beautiful location 10/10
Pros:

This hotel is stunning and feels more like a retreat than anything else. The luxury farmhouse architecture is beautiful and the calmness and serenity of the place really takes over you. Our room was really spacious, gorgeous in style and the same for the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. The facilities at the hotel were amazing, communal spaces in the main house felt cosy and relaxing, the outdoor grounds are stunning, with the swimming pool and self-service bar being a highlight. The hotel is also just a short drive from beaches and other towns. If you want total relaxation in luxury, this is your place.

Magnifique sauf restaurant
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre offrait une très belle vue sur le domaine, avec beaucoup d’intimité et de tranquillité. La piscine est magnifique et le cadre dans son ensemble est vraiment idyllique. L’hôtel est à l’écart de toute nuisance, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Avec notre bébé de 18 mois, nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel a pris soin de nous et le service est globalement de qualité.

Le seul bémol concerne le restaurant de l’hôtel : à notre arrivée, nous avons pris un snack le midi et on nous a spontanément servi du pain et des olives. Pensant que c’était offert, nous avons découvert qu’ils étaient facturés 7,50 €. Ce n’est pas une question de prix mais de principe : ce type de pratique commerciale ne correspond pas au standing d’un établissement de ce niveau, surtout pour des clients séjournant déjà à l’hôtel.
