Please note that Check-in time is from 4 pm until 7 pm - Check-out time is at 9.00 am. We inform you that if you need to arrive after 7 pm and not after 11 pm there is an extra charge of € 60,00. Arrive after 11 pm are not allowed. All requests for late arrival (between 7 pm and not after 11 pm) are subject to confirmation in advance by the property with and extra charge of € 60,00

Please note that pets are allowed only upon request and only 1 pet per apartment is allowed and there is an extra charge of € 18,00 per night. Pets are not allowed in the garden area and the swimming pool / solarium area.

What an exceptional stay in this beautiful accommodation in Riva del Garda.
Pros:

Wonderful comfortable accommodation close to public transport, town centre & ferry. The hosts Antoinetta & Sara were just so lovely & welcoming & willing to go out of their way to help us with everything.

Die perfekte Adresse in Riva.
Pros:

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Appartement und es war wieder fantastisch. Alles was ich vor einem Jahr in die Bewertung geschrieben habe trifft noch immer zu. Wir werden sicher nächstes Jahr wieder im Alle Palme unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Cons:

Ein bisschen hellhörig ist das Haus.

Fabulous Apartment in the center of things
Pros:

Our 2br 2bath unit on the 3rd floor was excellent. Two couples had plenty of privacy with one br ensuite and the other accessing a large bathroom down a hall. Pleasant living room and efficient kitchen with induction stovetop. We did not try the hot tub jacuzzi but witnessed a family with small children having a great time. I suspect the temperature is not what North Americans expect but that is rare in Europe except for a few hot springs. The check in and service was top notch. Very clean and tidy. The secure parking lot is tight but serviceable. We had a second car and got permission to park it on only two nights. There is an excellent public carpark down one half block. Friensds brought a dog and that was fine but with a charge.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Every detail was thought of in the apartment, including enough dishwasher tablets /washing cloths/spare bin liners etc for the whole stay.
The location was very convenient for supermarket, restaurants, lake and bike hire shops. This made the stay effortless and would highly recommend.

Great stay!
Pros:

We received the bigger 2 bed room even though we booked the 1 bedroom. The apartment was large, very clean, well equipped with everything you will need for a short or long stay. Staff were super nice. All the facilities they offer were great fun, from the pool, the jacuzzi to the small playroom/gym.
Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The A/C didn't reach the bedroom so it was a bit warm..
