The worst hotel ever never again
The best part is the location, rest it’s a very poor property , Ac is not working & you will find cockroach & spider in the bathroom.
The location was good
Clean rooms near to Mostafa Center
Need to walk a couples of block to get Convenience Store.
Good
Most of the drawers in room had trash in them from previous occupants and there was a tissue steaking out of the peephole in the door.
The room looked ok at first but then you would notice all the filthy around each corner and how the ac was missing pieces and the bathroom had hardly enough space to walk by.
No taxis were available in front of the hotel, you have to got Mustafa center or main road for it, which is nearby but a huge problem if you have lungage.
Honestly, the area was perfect for me. I can walk to the MRT in less than 10 minutes which really helped me to get around the places I wanted to visit. It's also quite safe and I love that many shops around it are open 24/7 especially Mustafa Centre. The only thing is the room I stayed in was a bit run down, but I didn't really mind it since I was outside most of the time. If they renovated the room and cleaned up thoroughly, it would be perfect in my opinion.

The family room was small but clean. Service and friendliness of staff was unfortunately missing. Breakfast varied in quality during our stay, with two of them beeing worse than I thought a hotell could serve it's guests.
Right in the middle of Little India. If you know of how the Little Indias and China Towns are all over the world, you will appreciate Philip Hotel much better.
