Сподобалось. Хочу ще раз тут зупинитись.
Pros:

Місце розташування на мільон. Це найкраще місце. Залюбки ще раз тут зупинюсь. Поруч з озером, набережна, дуже красивий вхід до готелю з фонтаном. Персонал нам все дуже ретельно пояснив про заселення і ми змогли поселитись без проблем.

Cons:

Сніданок. Можна краще, Хоча персонал підносили їжу, але можна урізноманітнити. Додати фрукту і овочі.

Der Parkplatz am Hotel kostet 10 Euro pro Tag. Das war okay für uns, aber das hätte bei der Buchung deutlicher vermerkt werden müssen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel am Gardasee war insgesamt leider nicht zufriedenstellend.
Cons:

Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr hart, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem wirkten die Zimmer insgesamt recht altbacken und nicht mehr zeitgemäß eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt – es standen lediglich SECHS Scheiben Salami und etwas Käse zur Verfügung, und Gebäck wurde nur auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Vielfalt und eine ansprechendere Präsentation gewünscht.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Service: Das Personal hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts weitgehend ignoriert, sodass wir uns weder willkommen noch gut betreut gefühlt haben.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen entschieden wir uns, unseren Aufenthalt bereits nach zwei Nächten vorzeitig zu beenden und unseren wohlverdienten Urlaub abzubrechen. Rückblickend können wir die überwiegend positiven Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen und fühlten uns dadurch in unserer Erwartungshaltung enttäuscht.

Wir hoffen, dass diese Rückmeldung als konstruktive Kritik verstanden wird und zur Verbesserung des Angebots und Services beiträgt.
