Pros:

The hotel staff is great, the daily breakfast and dinner buffet have a good selection of healthy food options.

Cons:

The horrendous tourists that think reserving a spot at the pool is a good idea. At times premium spots have been reserved and for 3-4 hours no one was actually at the reserved spot. The hotel claims that after 1 hour the towels will be removed, but in reality that's not happening.

Marvellous relaxing stay.
Pros:

The Hotel Fariones is built for relaxation. The location, and the thoughtful landscaping creates a peaceful atmosphere where you want to spend a lot of time. There are plenty of sunbeds and sun worshiping areas where you can find peace and scenery of the sea and coastline. The sandy beaches are directly accessed from the hotel with your door key. Our room was spacious and well looked after, with beautiful sea views. So, Staff - Marvellous. Breakfast - Marvellous. Food - Marvellous. Chefs Table on Saturdays - Marvellous. Poolside Service - Marvellous. Cocktails - Marvellous. Hotel - Marvellous. Location - Marvellous.
Special thanks to the Chef and our hosts for the Chefs Table evening with wine. Good value and beautiful setting. This is a spacious 5 star hotel, which maintains a lovely relaxed atmosphere where the staff are friendly and let you relax while maintaining excellent standards. Would we stay again? Already having a look!

Top tip - we would never book an EasyJet holiday again. Tui do it much better. Our pick-up was 4 hours before our flight resulting in an hours wait before our check in opened. This caused anxiety to other passengers who were on earlier flights caught up in a badly managed fiasco.

The service is 5star, the private beach, the infinity pool, the Sun loungers all around the property taking in amazing views of the sea and mountains and the jacuzzi on our balcony.

Wonderful Holiday in Hotel Fariones
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Fariones. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely valued and well looked after.

The service was outstanding from start to finish, and every interaction was handled with a smile and great attention to detail. It's clear that the team takes pride in providing an excellent guest experience.

Third visit to this wonderful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is very special, the breakfast buffet, pool, beach, comfy beds! The staff are especially nice, always happy, helpful and efficient. The guest experience team, particularly Harriet, are superb. This hotel would be very hard to beat, anywhere in the world.

Wonderful hotel with direct access to the Beach
Pros:

The hotel is nested inside a botanical garden enclosed in palm trees, with a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean. We enjoyed the feeling of being in a private oasis with direct access to the beach. The level of service, the quality of the food, and the beauty of the hotel simply transports you into another time. We traveled extensively in the past 15 years, and this was the best hotel we ever stayed in. We will definitely go back!

P.S. Make sure you vist the Japanese restaurant!

Another day in paradise
Pros:

This was our 2nd visit and it felt as soon as we arrived that we were home. The hotel was immaculate as always,everyone had a smile and greeting, air con was a blessing and surroundings of the hotel such as the pool and gardens were excellent.
We felt thoroughly pampered in our unfortunately too short 7 day stay and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were comfy, bottles of water replenished daily and towels changed even before you knew they needed to be changed!
Particular praise for David the main pool guy, Edina on Guest experience as well as carols and nicki
who were on pool bar service and all of whom did an excellent job.
We will return again and are already saving up!

Amaizing anniversary
Pros:

Beautiful, well located hotel. Super elegant and comfortable room. Very frendly staff. The two lifeguards, David and Nico were friendly and excellent. Also I need to mention Oliver and Correia from reception as well. The pool bar was excellent. It was an amaizing staying to celebrate our first anniversary.

Tranquil Hotel
Pros:

This is an lovely Hotel as you walk through the sliding doors it's like you entered a tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Puerto Del Carmen strip. There is a fragrance in the main entrance lobby
that hits you as you enter. and the view of the pool area with the lush green palm trees is outstanding.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with fantastic views of the sea. Buffet breakfast was really good great selection you can't go hungry. Pool area was spotless as was the Hotel and grounds.
The Staff are very friendly and welcoming You would not be disappointed by booking this Hotel

Tropical Paradise
Pros:

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It really is a tropical paradise. We had a relax junior suite with sea view & balcony with a hot tub. The room overlooked the beach, We both slept so well, the bed was amazing & pillows so comfortable.
We arrived to a bottle of cava & plate of cheeses & chutney, which was very tasty.
We celebrated my birthday during our stay & the hotel made a small cake for me which was divine! The next day was our wedding anniversary & we were given the most beautiful arrangement of red roses we’ve ever seen.
As for the food it really was 5* so much choice for breakfast & evening meal, which was amazing.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful surround by tropical plants, palm trees & so many cozy areas to sit & chill out. There is rooftop pool exclusive to the suite Rooms & which we thoroughly enjoyed.
All the staff are so lovely & friendly. We cannot wait to return one day.
