Gorgeous, relaxing stay
Pros:

Staff are so friendly and welcoming but unobtrusive, I was able to really unwind and have a completely relaxing stay, just as I wanted it. Everywhere throughout is lovely and clean and well taken care of. Grounds/ gardens are gorgeous and the spa and the spa staff / service are first rate.

Cons:

Everything was really great but if I had to be picky - food at the buffet restaurant could perhaps be a little tastier/ higher standard. Corridors outside rooms a little noisy at times.

A Special Place
Pros:

We have lost count of how many times we have stayed at Hotel Fariones and we booked a return visit in July on route to the airport for our flight home. This is the best indicator of how good Hotel Fariones is. The hotel, its facilities and its staff are exceptional. You will find cheaper hotels on the island which hold a 5 star rating but none come close to rivalling Hotel Fariones. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they have everything covered. Thank you Harriett and Team for looking after us so well (again!).

Amazing views
Pros:

The property has a wow factor. The garden is simply one of a kind and view in the morning from the rooms facing the ocean is paradise like

Cons:

Gym and SPA facilities are outside the hotel in a common area accessible to people outside the hotel and not the standards of a 5 stars. There was a sauna inside the hotel but it came at a quite steep extra cost. Staff on average was not the standards you would expect

A great experience
Pros:

Our second visit to this hotel and once again it was superb.
The food and accommodation could not be faulted and always sun beds available.
All the staff were kind and helpful and we were well looked after for our entire stay

Great stay in Fariones
Pros:

This hotel just does everything right. We have stayed in a lot of good hotels on the island but this is number one by far. Great arrival with the most professional and friendly staff, spotless soundproof room with beautiful views and a faultless buffet breakfast. We booked b+b as the area around the hotel is great for meals and drinks. The gardens are exquisite and perfectly kept. Plenty sun loungers and the pool and jacuzzis were a nice temperature. Can’t wait to return

Fantastic stay - we will return!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay:
great service provided by a very kind and attentive team, lush garden & wonderful chill/pool areas, lovely rooms with comfy beds and balcony armchairs, good sports possibilities, fantastic breakfast and excellent dinners (Chef‘s table / Kaori).
One of the best European hotels we’ve visited so far and we will definitely return! :-)

Incredible stay

The hotel is stunning, the staff are incredible and the grounds offer pockets of tranquility around the amazing palm gardens.

Fantastic
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fariones in Lanzarote. The gardens are absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained with lush plants and flowers that create a truly relaxing atmosphere.

The culinary experiences were a highlight: both the Chef’s Table and the Friday BBQ were exceptional—thoughtfully curated, delicious, and very generous. The spa is brand new, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding.

A special mention goes to the incredibly kind and attentive staff, especially the manager Carlos, who made our stay even more memorable. The quality of food and wine was consistently excellent across the buffet restaurant, the à la carte restaurant, and even the pool snack bar.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bed and pillows, and a balcony offering a beautiful view. The pool area, surrounded by palm trees and plenty of loungers, is simply fantastic. The sports center is also impressive, offering a wide variety of classes and activities—all included.

A final touch of elegance: the beautiful fresh flower arrangements placed throughout the hotel—on restaurant tables, in bars, bathrooms, and lounges—truly a refined and memorable detail.

Overall, an amazing holiday—we would definitely come back!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

An excellent hotel, An Oasis in the resort of Puerto del Carmen.
