Second visit , just as good second time , be surprised if a better hotel in the Canaries , Staff could cant do enough for you , Breakfast very good , beautiful gardens . Walking distance of good restaurants . Negatives ? , shower could have been better but i am struggling to find anything else . Surprised not Adults only as other than the pool there is nothing else for kids .

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was right on the beach which was fab. However surrounding area of Puerto del Carmen would not recommend.
We were half board but this only included an evening buffet - if you went to one of the two restaurants there was no contribution paid full price.
Spa shouldn't have been closed Sundays - people are on holiday and expect to be able to use Service was a little slow round the pool.
We stayed at Hotel Fariones for 12 nights during February 2026. The whole stay was nothing short of exceptional. The presentation, location and service was outstanding. The whole hotel is beautifully and artistically designed using paintings, ceramics, objet d'art, floral displays and eclectic furniture. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, impeccably dressed, extremely attentive and consistent.They are a credit to the hotel and cannot thank them enough for their wonderful service. The rooms are exquisitley furnished with balconies overlooking the pool area, ocean and stunning tropical gardens. We booked for bed and breakfast. The buffet breakfast was magnificent with every conceivable choice catered for. As you enter the stylish breakfast/dining room you are immediately greeted by members of staff who show you a desired table where you are promptly served drinks of your choice by the attentive waiter/waitresses. You can then then peruse the various selection stations and make your choices from fruit through to cooked breakfasts and everything inbetween. We did not go for the buffet dinner but instead used the terrace 'La Barra' that had a great menu in a lovely setting complimented by quality entertainment. A stay at this hotel comes very highly recommended and we were so impressed that we booked for February 2027 before we left. Thanks to all at Hotel Fariones for contributing to a memorable stay.

Just back from an amazing week at this stunning hotel. We upgraded to a relax junior suite as a birthday treat , the bed was massive and so comfortable, we took the option of having an À la carte breakfast served in the room on several mornings, sitting on the balcony looking out to sea

We were hoping to change a holiday we had booked for June to return but sadly not available so have booked April 2027 for another birthday!
We had a wonderful stay and will return. The hotel's position by the sea, hearing the sound of the waves when you go to sleep, is fantastic. Everywhere is very clean and beautifully maintained. The staff are friendly and very well trained. The food is delicious. Our room was great, with an enormous bed! We relaxed straightaway and had a super break

I would highly recommend this hotel. We (family of 4) spent a week here. One thing that stands out is the quality, helpfulness, friendliness of all of the staff (from check-in, guest services, to the pool, to servers and kitchen, and cleaning). Of course the location, grounds, spa, and accommodation itself was also spectacular.
An outstanding hotel with one of the best quality service delivery facilities I’ve seen on any of the Canary Islands.
Well recommended and really looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful time celebrating my husband’s special birthday. Didn’t want to come home. Barbara in guest relations was amazing, and Mario on reception excelled at his role. Excellent staff, pool was beautiful and surrounding gardens incredible. Sea was just a few steps away. We will definitely be back.

Our first time here in the Fariones hotel and didn’t disappoint. We were impressed immediately by the hospitality and professionalism of all the staff we encountered. We upgraded to a suite ( 744) and again we weren’t disappointed.
A beautiful hotel throughout, with astounding views and gardens. The surrounding area is varied, some quiet and quality restaurants ect around the harbour area, and the local strip bars and restaurants etc within walking distance if you want that sort of stuff.
We will definitely recommend and return to the Fariones hotel, and thank all the staff for giving us a great experience from start to finish.
Another lovely week at Fariones , this is our third year and it always lovely to stay here for our Anniversary, flowers and chocolates in our lovely room, lovely and clean everywhere, amazing gardens, food excellent, very good service especially Barbra who looked after us at breakfast, and the lovely guy ( sorry didn’t know your name) who was so friendly every morning handing out our clean pool towels.

Lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing . Seems really well run, nothing was a problem for the pleasant courteous staff encountered from all departments. Rooms really well appointed. Grounds immaculate, very negotiable for less mobile people. Breakfast buffet excellent. Bar food mediocre.
We were recommended Hotel Fariones by someone who had been before. We were not disappointed! A fantastic location and a brilliant hotel. Very friendly reception staff with great recommendations for restaurants in the old town, a great breakfast buffet with fantastic staff, a fantastic pool and grounds with very attentive pool side staff, and a very friendly all-round attitude from everyone at the hotel. The standard of cleanliness in the hotel bedrooms, and all the common areas, was also very high.
I think we will definitely be back and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Lanzarote.

A lovely touch to leave flowers and chocolate in our room on arrival. Being so close to the beach and Playa Chica made our stay memorable.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It has everything, location, quality, excellent food, and absolutely excellent staff. Ideally situated just a short pathway down to excellent beach, with many local bars and restaurants immediately opposite. Will definitely go again.
