Great hotel in historic building
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful old building! The room and facilities were very clean, the staff friendly and helpful! The breakfast was wonderful - great selection of food, sweets and drinks!

Cons:

Not exactly a complaint, but the water in the indoor pool could be a bit warmer, especially for smaller kids.

Schönes Hotel im Harz
Pros:

Das Hotel in Bad Sachsa ist ruhig gelegen, direkt an einem schönen Park. Der kleine wohltemperierte Außenpool mit Liegewiese hat uns sehr gefallen.
Das Frühstück war schmackhaft und vielfältig. Das gesamte Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich.
Das Schnitzelhaus/ Waffelhaus im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen

Cons:

Unser gebuchtes Junior-Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, zu ebener Erde und sehr dunkel. Das würde ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen.
Der Pool innen war etwas zu kalt.
Abendessen wird in Buffetform angeboten für 35€ pro Person.

Der Wellnessbereich war toll !!! Und unser Zimmer war auch sehr sehr schön und sehr gemütlich :-)

Cons:

Die "beheizbaren" Pools waren leider sehr sehr kalt

Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war pure Erholung, ruhig,liebevoll eingerichtet und reichlich Obst und Getränke vorhanden

Cons:

Leider waren viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe geschlossen oder hatten auch teilweise 2 Ruhetage, so das man Essen musste was es gab und nicht worauf man lust hatte, außerdem machten die Meisten erst gegen Abend auf, wobei wir eigentlich lieber mittags warm essen

Wir kommen sicher wieder
Pros:

Nettes und Kompetentes Personal. Freundlich und aufmerksam

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage oder aktive Belüftung auf den Zimmern. Bei den heutigen Temperaturen im Sommer kann es warm werden beim Schlafen.

Perfekten Wellness Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbufett und einen festen Platz für den gesamten Aufenthalt, kostenlose Parkplätze, ohne Ausnahme freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal, beide Pools sauber mit geschmackvollem Umfeld, Wellness Bereich schön mit kompetenten Mitarbeiterinnen, ruhige Lage direkt neben dem Kurpark, auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett weder zu hart noch zu weich, nichts zu meckern.

Cons:

Ausser dem Wetter gab es wirklich keine Beanstandungen.
