Bon accueil du personnel, situation idéale, proche des intérêts touristiques et balade en front de mer, parking facile. Hôtel très confortable.

Ar condicionado quebrado e ao questionar sobre só responderam que estava quebrado no hotel todo e orientaram “abrir a janela”
Location was great and clean hotel
The noise was unbelievable. I slept in tents that were more soundproof than this hotel. You could hear other guests breathing through the walls, not to mention toilets flushing and doors banging. I booked based on the reviews, but the hotel is far from that. Only managed to sleep a couple hours in the early morning due to the noise. I always take reviews like mine with an eye-roll as i think guests are usually exaggerating, but i have never experienced this. You could hear the blinds rolling in the next door room, and i am not even mentioning the traffic. On the last day we had to leave earlier to catch the plane and although we paid for breakfast and they had a coffee machine in the lobby we were denied that and were told that it will open at 7..30, so the staff did not make any attempt to accommodate

The hotel was very central and all services were nearby.
The taxi the hotel ordered brought me on a circuitous route to the airport.
Best to walk down to the taxi spot a minute or two away.
Excelente localização e equipe. Hotel com instalações muito boas, quarto bastante confortável e café da manhã excelente. Para nós, que vínhamos de um giro pelo leste da Turquia, foi como um bálsamo para recuperarmos nossas energias.

The location of Zeniva Hotel is absolutely unbeatable. It is just a two-minute walk from Cumhuriyet Square and the beautiful Kordon waterfront, putting endless restaurants and cafes right at your doorstep. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and flawlessly clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to the day. As for the breakfast, it was amazing with different options to choose!
In general there was not anything that I could blame of. The only thing that other visitors should know, it is because it is a boutique city hotel, the communal facilities are minimal. There is no gym or pool, which wasn't an issue for me, but it is good to know beforehand.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, αλλά παρόλα αυτά πολύ ήσυχο το βράδυ. Η θάλασσα είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια, οπότε η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά πολύ βολική.
Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, τόσο στη ρεσεψιόν όσο και τα άτομα που μας βοήθησαν με τις βαλίτσες. Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο και με ποιοτικά προϊόντα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και γενικά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας.
