Pros:

Wer auf historische Bauten ( Fachwerk ) steht wird begeistert sein, jedoch ist die Raumhöhe dementsprechend niedrig ( ca.1,80m ). Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Lage Zentrumsnah.

Cons:

Dadurch das die Räume sehr dunkel sind und schlecht Lichtdurchflutet sieht msn nur schlecht aber doch viele Schmutznester im Bad und auf dem Teppich. Zahnpastaspritzer im Bad und Staub und Dreck im Fön. Also die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig.80

Bisschen ghosty, aber sehr individuell.
Pros:

Das Zimmer im EG, das wir hatten, ist toll für Leute, die es gern ghosty haben: Eiche furniert im Stil der 70er-Jahre, braun gefliestes Bad, Standuhr in der Ecke. Wir fanden die Stube cool. Und die Lage in der Alstadt ist natürlich top, auch weil es zwei Tiefgaragen um die Ecke und ein Restaurant im Nachbarhaus gibt, das zum Hotel gehört.

Cons:

Das heulende, kettenrasselnde Gespenst um Mitternach hat gefehlt. Und das Frühstück war etwas frugal. Aber immer noch besser als im Mittelalter, nehmen wir an.

Det blir alltid stök med automatiserade system. Inte fungerade nyckelskåpet som det skulle, så det blev till att ringa och försöka få tag på nyckeln. Ingen personal annat än på morgonen , vilket ofta leder till problem.

Perfektes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und eine Reise in die schönen 70er)
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes restauriertes Fachwerkhaus mitten im Braunschweig unweit des Rathauses und der schönen Villen a den Wallanlagen.

Ihnen spürt man den Vintage Charme der 70er Jahre, für mich sehr beeindruckend und authentisch.

Die Bettwäsche ist excellent!

Die Lage ist super, das alte Haus hat Charme.

Cons:

Der Teppich im gebuchten Zimmer ist schon sehr mit Flecken gesegnet und auch im Nassraum gibt es einige Fugen, bei denen das Silikon eher schwarz ist, anstatt in seiner Ausgangsfarbe. Matratze war sehr hart, muss der Rücken mögen. Verdunklung nur halbherzig möglich, da nur ein dünner bebilderter Stoff vor die Fenster gezogen werden konnte.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Auch wenn der Preis im vergleich zu den umliegenden Hotels günstiger war, erwartet man trotzdem Sauberkeit und ein bisschen Komfort. Die Wände und Böden waren schmutzig, auf den dunklen Möbeln kam man zu dem nicht drum herum den ganzen Staub etc zu sehen. Es hat entweder nach chemischen Raumduft oder aus dem Bad so stark nach Rauch gerochen, der durch die Lüftungsschäre kam. Zu dem ist es super hellhörig. Sowohl der Straßen und Fußgänger Lärm, als auch die Nachbarzimmer waren die ganze Nacht im ohr.

Cons:

Check in procedure can be a bit tricky, especially if you don't understand German.
This needs improving as it would seem key boxes contain more than just your keys as I was contacted hours after I had checked in regarding missing keys from the box, which I had no idea about.
