Pros:

Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small — there wasn’t even space to place one suitcase. It smelled bad, was humid, and uncomfortably hot. I asked to change rooms, but the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any help. Be careful before booking this hotel.

I booked this hotel with higher price than other hotels because of the name “Delta Istanbul “. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my room is not in Delta it’s in an apartment on the 4th floor without elevator.

It’s a very old building with narrow stairs. Carrying all the luggage’s to the 4th floor in that narrow stairs was a nightmare.


I wish at least Expedia gave some information about this is NOT the Delta hotel.
