Good. But would be better with a cooler temperature throughout the facility.

Cons:

It is way too hot in the facility. Uncomfortably hot. My husband is an HVAC tech with 20 years of experience. He noticed the Thermostat was by the front door. It stated 70 degrees, but I would say it was closer to being 80 degrees in the facility. It is not effective to have the thermostat right next to the automatic doors for the rest of the facility to maintain a comfortable temperature. The rooms are uncomfortably hot as well. You will turn the thermostat down to 65, and the room temp still maintains in the high 70's without the unit even running to cool the room down.

Family with teens, kid girls shopping weekend.
Pros:

Girls Shopping Trip Weekend! Our crew was family, young teens and a 10 year old. This hotel was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to go to. Front Desk lady, I believe her name was Alyssa was so nice and welcoming. She gave us a fabulous suggestion for lunch, and it was so good. She was able to let us check in early so we could make room in our car for shopping! It also smelled amazing in the entrance to the hotel. Our rooms were very clean, not one complaint from both rooms we had. We were even able to get rooms right next to each other. Sometimes, hotels aren't very accommodating for this. The kids enjoyed the pool and we had a pretty good breakfast which filled our crew all up, with no complaining from the kids. The coffee was hot and tasted so good. Food was so much better than any other hotel breakfast any of us had ever had. Definitely coming back to this hotel in the future on our next trip.

The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door stuck and made a loud screeching noise when opened. The shower had a loud, screaming noise when water was on. Pool chemical levels need checked - it left our skin itchy and red when we got out.

A great place to stay! Would definitely go back!
Pros:

Location was perfect. The entire facility was so clean and the staff was super friendly. Big pool for the kids! Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our room was super hot. We would turn the thermostat down and it didn’t seem to matter. So we turned the heat completely off and then it was much more comfortable!
