Location to my work
Rooms should be inspected on a daily or weekly basis. I had to go down to the desk twice to get a room that had no issues. What surprises me the most you have people cleaning the rooms and no one says anything the AC is chirping or the main door to the room is hard to open and once open does not close.
Breakfast was okay serving tray was empty no potatoes or meat
Breakfast there was only cheese omelette in serving trays could have some bacon and potatoes the lady filling the breakfast was very unfriendly almost rude

Staff was awesome!!
No pool. Things falling off the wall like, hooks coat hangers etc. blinds didn't work or come down. Literally fixed it myself. Not impressed.

Ho dimenticato le mie airpods, localizzate nell'albergo, ho scritto 4 volte e telefonato ma nessuna risposta. Al telefono luendì dopo il soggiorno mi hanno solo detto che la responsabile non c'era e avrebbe chiamato mercoledì. Non ho ricevuto risposte. Nemmno anche sollecitando per email.
I liked the location, hotel employees were very nice, breakfast was good and pool was nice.
We had to wait an hour to get our room and bathroom gels, body soap, shampoo were pretty empty.k

Staff was confused at chec-in. I booked online,, wasn't showing I had paid, tried to charge me again for more, the wrong card was showing on file. Also had troubles at checkout,, finally a manager got it fixed. I've never had issues like this. Not sure what the issue was? training or computer problems? Breakfast was good, but the eating area was dirty. The women's restroom in main lobby area out of service. Just things you expect at a one star hotel.

Pool was closed when we were told that it was open at check in. We chose this hotel specifically for the location and indoor pool.
Location was nice. It was in a safe area. There was always plenty of parking.
