Loud form hwy 99 outside our window. Lack of maid service on a regular basis. Rude front desk person at the end. The audacity to charge us for simple cheap bottles of drinking water for our room. Most decent hotels give away water for free,

Enough space for 6 people, two bathrooms was key, kitchen was great especially the large fridge and the beds were comfortable.
The doors to both bedrooms and bathrooms were banging into each other and quite crowded.

Clean, quiet, lovely staff
The staff, breakfast, and pool area were exceptional.
First, there was so much long black hair stuffed in the drain that the shower wouldn't drain properly. None of us has black hair. Second, one of the towels we realized after my wife dried off that there was dried boogers and snot all over the towel. Third, it literally looked like the sheets weren't chained for multiple visits. I come up to Seattle for cancer treatments and transplant evaluations and to stay at a place like this was infuriating.
Great breakfast and happy hour, spacious suite, nice gym, toiletries and well stocked, full kitchen.
HVAC system was incredibly loud house in a closet in the corner near the bed. We had to turn it off at night - sounded like a jet engine. Maintenance came and said that's how loud they all are. Also tv in living room was dying - bulbs could be seen thru the screen.
Location is not bad for the price. Room setting is reasonable and family friendly

Very expensive for the quality of facilities and overall maintenance. The curtains were dirty with holes in them, sofas were old and dusty looking. Housekeeping was really light touch and breakfast was quite average.
