The rooftop deck was nice but a safety hazard due to it being so icy. We were constantly on the verge of falling. Why they didn’t put salt down or something? It was bad. I did like the bedroom separation from the sofa bed and television and breakfast was good.
We paid for 2 queens as advertised on booking at the time of booking and it was Only One Queen!!! It wasn’t accurate on the site. Rough nights sleep bed not very comfortable. Staff came into the room randomly while I was dressing with no warning!!!!Hotel right on the Very busy highway. If you have a larger vehicle it won’t go in the garage. Extremely limited for larger vehicles. Maybe they can fit around 4 - 5 as they park them in front of the hotel but that’s it.

The hot tub was not very clean and it wasn't possible to get hot enough water for a bath in the room or even a hot shower.

Super friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, easy in/out parking, solid breakfast offering. The Mon-Wed social hour was well attended and more fun than expected.
Minor gripe: the breakfast area seems to run out of forks very quickly and had to resort to plastic cutlery almost every morning we were there.
The room was spacious and the sofa and bed were comfortable.
Appreciated free hearty breakfast although the omelets could have been hotter.
Location is convenient but not conducive to walking anywhere to eat. Aurora is such a busy street, we were glad the room was on the back of the hotel. Would have liked to have a real closet rather than a rack in the bathroom, which was obstructed by a plastic case holding a comforter and what looked like a laundry basket.
The room is clean, the stuff are friendly, and it offers complimentary breakfast.
The restaurant is only opened for breakfast. No lunch/dinner/ is available throughout the day. There’s a pantry area with vending machines for snacks & food though. We arrived at night & had to buy cup noodle/ snacks from the machine as dinner. When we checked into our hotel room, there were zero water bottles provided on the kitchen counter or in the fridge. It did not feel welcoming. We had breakfast for 3 mornings, and unfortunately the restaurant ran out of forks everyday. It would be nice to have enough forks for the guests. They only provided light service like changing towels for the room if requested. This doesn’t include making our beds even though we stayed there for 4 days.
