Pokoje zaniedbane, czystość toalety niestety wolała o pomste do nieba… jakość do ceny bardzo mocno nie adekwatna.
Labai malonus personalas, viskas taip kaip nuotraukose.
Viešbutis jau prašosi remonto, lovos girgžda, net negali apsiversti. Dar labai iš liūdnos pusės nustebino, kad jei nori pakliūti į jacuzzy, ir pirtis, reikia papildomai vienam žmogui susimokėti 75zl, o to niekur nebuvo paminėta.

Personel na recepcji . Tragedia. Grupa miała rezerwację chyba większości pokoi . Byliśmy podwykonawcami na konferencji . Zapytaliśmy organizatora czy ma pokoje wynegocjowane i czy może nam jeden odstąpić za opłatą . Podeszliśmy razem na recepcję . Pani kierownik stwierdziła że to nie jest wykonalne, bo mają kontrakty itp. Ok zrozumiałe nie , zero problemów z tą informacją. Poprosiliśmy zatem że chętnie zakupimy we własnym zakresie . Powiedzieli że nie mają żadnych wolnych pokoi i nie zarezerwują nam . Jakie było zdziwienie kiedy odwróciłem się zarezerwowałem przez booking i powiedziałem że mam rezerwację. Panie pomiędzy sobą obgadywały nas będąc 10 m od recepcji tragedia . Brak profesjonalizmu i podejście do gości jest nieakceptowalne.
