Hotel nám dobře posloužil jako výchozí bod na cestě na Key West a po jihu Floridy. Check-in proběhl rychle, personál byl milý. Pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný, dobře vybavený a čistý. Bazén menší, ale naprosto v pohodě. Snídaně typické pro hotely v USA, zde poměrně pestré. Parkování zcela bez problému. Náš pobyt byl celkově příjemný.
Very clean rooms, very cold rooms walking in from hot weather. Coffee was delicious.

I mistakenly booked a day short. I wanted to book from July 2-6 but booked July 2-5. Thinking I had the room for an extra night; They did not put us out of the room and gave me an opportunity to pay. I paid through booking.com
After I checked out, the charged my debit card without my authorization for a night that I had already paid for. They stole my money!!! They double charged me for one night and won’t give me back my money. Check your statement before checking out. I have been waiting on them to work with me about giving me my money back for weeks now. But now I have to report them as fraud.

They changed the date of my stay trying to cover up owing me money. I booked from July 2-5 then paid an extra day (the 6th). Now the date is saying July 1-4th smh. I can most definitely prove I did not book for July 1-4, then stayed until the 6th. Beware, I see some fraudulent activity going on. They would rather try to cover it up than do the right thing and give me back my money. It’s sad how hateful people are in this world. I most definitely will not stop until I get my money back!!!

Super cleaner the room and building hotel, so the house skipping staff was fantastic attention

NOTHING!!!Did not like prepayment through booking.com on sept 30, 2025, and when I arrived for my schedule stay feb17 -20 2026 for my nieces wedding. I was told by the supervisor my room was sold and that booking .com overbooked, sorry. I was also told I would be receiving my money back and that the supervisor would be working on it. I have been trying to reach out to a mgr who spoke to Bernard, and Ebony was told mgr wasn't in.
Terrible that I had to miss the Rehersal Dinner and family dinner.
