Pros:

The food was great the cooks had a pleasing attitude, all staff was genuinely good spirited. We had a wonderful stay experience.

Cons:

The toilet was way too low, not good for the elderly. The little balcony was weird, barring us access to the patio outside the room. And if you didn't have valet parking which was an additional fee of course you'd have to walk a block and 2 flights up to park your vehicle yourself.

The hotel stay is way too expensive to have all the problems we endured. Unacceptable and very disappointing

Love the location we stay there every year or two. The breakfast was phenomenal!

Cons:

Every single day there were no towels for the pool area at 11am, and the outdoor pool had all kinds of stuff floating in it, unacceptable. Bathroom in the pool area had no toilet paper, had a box of Kleenex on the floor to use, roll of hand towels were just sitting on the counter, not actually in the machine. Had to take stopper out of the tub completely or it would fill up while taking a shower, leak running down shower wand.
