Location was perfect
They need to renew outside chairs, most of them were broken
The hotel was very close to the oceanfront. We were close enough to various restaurants that we could hop on a trolley and be there within 10 minutes. We liked that there was a restaurant downstairs too.
The pool area was not clean, and several things were broken, including tiles in the pool with sharp edges. The photos of the pool looked much nicer than the reality. The balcony was small, and the cooling unit return was on the balcony, so it pushed hot air right next to you. The pillows were not comfortable, and both my husband and I fought headaches after waking up.

We had a great stay here. Older hotel, but clean with friendly service. Great location. Right on the beach with easy access to many activities.

AC our server was attentive, respectful and friendly. We were treated like family. She had great recommendations and made sure that we received exactly what we ordered. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.
Absolutely terrible experience with the night staff. My car was taken around town by the valet and the night manager Danica definitely didn’t care. She basically just said oh well. So if you like your personal property taken to use at their leisure then by all means stay here. If not go anywhere but here.
Service was exceptional! AC took care of my family and I very well. She was very attentive and friendly, and accommodated all of our needs!

Great hotel right on the boardwalk. All rooms are ocean front. They have a nice breakfast a little expensive $17.99 a person, but there is a chef who makes fresh food. Also a great restaurant that serves lunch, dinner and cocktails with outside seating. The guys working valet parking are super nice and helpful, like to give a shoutout to Ronnie and Austin for taking care of us all week. We have been going to this property for a long time, so we have had these guys the last few years. They remember us each year and really take care of us, they make part of our stay very personable. Look forward to coming back next year.

Super dining experience for breakfast there. Bel was fantastic. She checked with me several times throughout breakfast and always with a smile. I will return there for breakfast when I'm in the area. You know your cared for.
I also have to shout out AC Camp who was fantastic also. They are a team. Just the best. Actually the cooks, and the staff were all attentive and that makes for a wonderful dining experience. So many had smiles on their faces!
Having breakfast by yourself can be different in that you're not seen like you are as a man or several people. Sue
Good hotel in proximity to my conference (15 min walk down the boardwalk) and very relaxing up to my last 2 days. There were some young kids running through the halls, banging doors on the locks going from room to room and talking loudly between 12:30-1:30 am on Wed night so I called the front desk and complained to the front desk, they said they would send security, but the noise continued. After no change for about 30 mins I opened the door and asked them to stop with all the noise and they apologized and it calmed down enough for me to go to sleep about 2 am. On Thursday the noise started earlier in the day so I talked to a friend in the area and stayed with them on Thursday night so I could get some rest before my long drive on Friday morning. I also only had housekeeping one day out of my 5 days and service was subpar and not what I asked her to do. The restaurant is great, the view of the ocean is amazing, valet was ok, but I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again next year when I return.
