Pros:

Ocean front and loved lager heads restaurant inside the hotel.

Cons:

The beds could be more comfortable. Plus I think for the price you pay for the room and then parking your breakfast should be included in your stay.

Overall very good
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. Ronnie, one of the managers, was usually the first face I saw in the morning and the last one in the evening. So pleasant and always will to help.
However, the parking was $20 per night. I feel like the rate they charge, the parking should be free.

Nice stay
Pros:

Spent 2 nights here with family to attend the Coastal Wine Fest. The rooms are very nice. Nice area to sit in to talk, sip some wine. The beds are comfortable, bathroom has a large shower stall with sliding doors. It was easy to get in and out which is appreciated as we both suffer with arthritis. They offer valet parking and they were all very nice to deal with. A very comfortable stay, quiet over all despite a Polar Bear Plunge was taking place over the weekend.

Very disappointed with Customer Service
Pros:

Terrible customer service. Honors silver member and very disappointed when hotel refused to honor a vouchers for their hotel during special event. Time to explore Marriott Hotels

I ended up leaving early because it seemed like signs of bedbugs on box spring of mattress and it bring dirty also
Pros:

It had a nice view

Cons:

Not clean, dirty sheets, room smelt bad and ac/heat was very loud. Furniture seemed outdated

Hotel is not growing with the times- it’s aging and it shows.
Pros:

Staff was great! Valet was helpful! Pool looked nice! Restaurant was great! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

I used to come here a lot between 3-5 years ago. Room was disappointingly small- painting look cheap, uncomfortable beds, lots of sand on floor when we got there, old utilities like fridge and microwave, small porch, small pool area with no ability to sit since it was full. Third floor outside seating was less than glamorous- rusty stained floors, old lounge chair cushions and no couches like it used to have. The hotel looks like it’s aged and not kept up. Use to get seating on the beach for free if you came at a certain time and now it’s ridiculously over priced- $125 for a cabana is ridiculous! Also, the elevators are rickity and seem like they need to be updated.
