Words cannot express how miserable this hotel is - we stayed here 3 years ago and it was nice, I’m not sure what happened. We are gold members (should account for something?) but were treated terribly AND it was Easter Sunday! Breakfast ends at 11a, my husband arrived at 11:04 (no exaggerating) and they wouldn’t even let him grab a cup of coffee. There’s so much more- we switched hotels after on night when we were scheduled for four. I’m so glad we switched to a hotel where we’re valued.

Our stay at this hotel was overall good. We’ve stayed here before. We’re locals to the Hampton Roads area, but decided to book a mini getaway to relax, dine, and enjoy the pool. We chose this hotel again because during our previous stay (a few years ago), the pool was very warm.
Unfortunately, this time the pool was very cold, only 79°F, so we didn’t swim. That completely ruined our plans to enjoy it!! We also noticed many other guests tried to use the pool but got out within minutes. Please bring the warm temperatures back! Because of this, we likely won’t be staying here again!
We also bought chips from the pantry, but didn’t realize they were expired until we got back to our room. We had to go back down for a refund, and the staff found that many of the chips were expired… some by one to two months.
Also, the nearby parking garage for Hilton guests requires a QR code, so make sure to get it from the front desk before leaving.
Ronnie at valet parking was great. Hey took the extra initiative to make sure I was satisfied with valet service. Overall the service from everyone was great. Front desk was very welcoming, restaurant service was awesome, cleaning crew was very pleasant. I hope everyone who visits this hotel has the same experience that I've had.

Great experience at this hotel. This was our annual Shamrock 8k and girls weekend. We enjoyed the restaurant and concierge service. Hotel staff was spectacular, especially Ronny, who assisted with our vehicles and made it easy for us to get our car and get us on the road as quickly as possible in the morning.

We stayed here in July and the room was a total disappointment for a Hilton property. The hook in the bathroom was literally hanging off the wall when we checked in. After calling the front desk and complaining they did send a tech in to fix it. He then left screws on the counter for the two day duration of our stay. Then when my kids and I went down to the beach I checked the door and the door did not lock or latch properly. Literally you could push on the door and it would swing right open. We went to the desk to address this issue, were told a tech would come up and fix it. Did not happen. We ended up complaining THREE times about the door and no one ever came to fix it. That is a safety hazard! Literally anyone walking by could enter our room! All they had to do was push and viola! Full access to our room and belongings. After complaining multiple times and informing the desk staff about all this they did nothing. Not even throw us a few hundred Hilton honors points. They did NOTHING. Not even an apology. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this Hilton.
