No hot water at 9pm, sink clogged. Room decent, #102. Lots of issues with this hotel over the years, same with Raddison Blu across the street.

We landed very late and got to the hotel around 6am. The check in took a long time which was very frustrating as most of the formalities could have been completed the next day at check out as all we wanted to do is go to sleep. There was also an issue with the room assigned being also assigned to someone else and people tried to enter the room three times between 6-8am which kept waking us up. The staff did apologise the next morning but it’s really not a mistake that should have happened, especially when it didn’t even look like the hotel was anywhere near full capacity.

Lots of staff (not serving), I was left standing at the bar with 4 staff behind chatting to each other, I ended up walking away. At breakfast there was only one person clearing the tables and so new clients entering had to clear their own table before they could find a spare seat/table. Food areas were left top run low/zero for a while before someone cam from the kitchen to restock. No salt & pepper put out at breakfast table settings !

Property was very clean and feels luxurious for the price.

Excellent hôtel. Situé près de l’aéroport. Chambre standard assez petite mais confortable. Manque cependant une bouilloire et du thé par exemple.
Concernant le restaurant, sympa mais sans plus, je trouve que la qualité et le choix des plats s’est
un peu dégradée par rapport à l’an dernier. Les prix sont un peu chers.

I have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. The new addition and new rooms are a much needed upgrade from the original rooms. I have had many issues with this hotel over the years. The restaurant has become overpriced for poor quality food. The restaurant used to be very good. The staff is not organized, on my return trip I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in at 8pm. If you need a room by the airport, it works, you don't really have an option other than Radisson Blu, which I have also stayed many times over the years, which I would rate also very poor. You don't really have a choice, either stay at Onomo or Radisson Blu. I don't recommend either, but you have no choice if you want to stay by the airport.

It was nice to be back at hotel Onomo. I am getting so used to place that it feels like home. The staff are really helpful and professional. I can’t wait to be back. I still remember the kindness of some of the personnel like at the reception like Mister Maurice Yao, Kady and Kader. Well done to them. I’ll BE BACK…👌✅

Bonjour, j'ai été arnaquée, suite à la réservation d'une chambre pour 2 nuits à l'Hotel Onomo
J'ai effectué un premier paiement en ligne, puis un second le lendemain suite à un mail m'indiquant l'échec du 1er.
J'ai exposé cette situation à Hotels.com et directement à l'Hotel Onomo, mais aucun des 2 parties n'a voulu en prendre la responsabilité.

En escale à Abidjan pour un vol qui était très tôt le matin. La proximité est idéal, l’accueil très sympathique , les chambre très sympa et ingénieuses. Le restaurant et la carte très sympas et le cocktail très réussi !

Nothing to report. Hotel Onomo is well known and well maintained and organised

朝食がうまい。空港から近い。部屋が清潔。たいへんよいホテル。しかし、シャワーのお湯がぬるい。シャワー室のドアが壊れていて開けっぱなしになる。フロントの愛想が悪い。以上改善すれば、もっとよくなる。

Very nice and clean place to stay, especially when you have an earlier flight to catch. They do offer a free shuttle to the airport as well. However, it can be hard to move around Abidjan if you are new and do not have a car. Your option to move around town may be taking a cab or Yango which is a type of Uber. However, expect to spend a lot. But if you are on budget, you may want to go somewhere else.

Buffet au restaurant très cher pour la qualité

1/ Cockroaches on bed and everytwhere in the room
2/Toilet seat not properly fixed, not easy to use the loo
3/ Bathroom ceiling extractor hanging
4/ Mirror broken on the edges(very unsafe unsafe)
5/ Staffs at the reception find it hard to locate the room as we have been going up and down asking other members.
6/ Very very cheap chair (uncomfortable at all) with no cushion into the room
7/ Quite basic room with less amenities
8/ This is not what was advertised on their webpage as a type of room
9/ Staff did not provide WiFi log in details and i had to go all the way down to the reception to get it back. And they did not even feel sorry while telling them this is totally unprofessional
10/ Did call the reception from the room's telephone in order to get the WiFi log in details without success for about 10 minutes.
11/ Couple light from the headboard to the kind of wardrobe not working
First and last time to book again at this hotel which i definitely will NEVER recommend to anyone!
