Inrichting hotel zeer mooi en personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De service van de heren aan de entree was uitstekend. Zelfs toen we een pakket verwachtten van derden en niet ontvangen hadden, had 1 van de heren ons probleem snel voor ons opgelost. Service op hoog niveau! Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Ook het diner in het Skyrestaurant is aan te raden en we hebben er meerdere keren gegeten met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ook in het Skyrestaurant was het personeel heel vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was groot, mooi, schoon en netjes.

Check-in possible à 4h, de l’eau à disposition dans les chambres, personnel aimable

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillotte et délabrée, petit déjeuné tourné beaucoup vers le salé et les plats conséquents, peu d’options de fruits/muesli/pain/fromage etc qu’on aurait pu attendre pour un hotel de cette taille

Pros:

Super petits déjeuners,chambres propres et confortables. Personnel très serviable et souriant. La piscine est très agréable et les différents restaurants proposent des menus variés .nous avons fait 2 massages extraordinaires.

The location is perfect and the room is quite big for its price. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Cons:

If you’re light sleeper, you could hear the sound from the train tracks behind the hotel. It’s not so often though, maybe once in a couple of hours. The bathroom looks worn out.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Betten sind bequem. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles was man brauch. Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen.

Cons:

Der Pool ist neben dem Restaurant / Indoor und ist eher kalt. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass das Hotel nicht auf Europäische Touristen ausgerichtet ist.

Malang, top!
Pros:

Locatie top, personeel top, grote kamers, ontbijt uitgebreid

Cons:

Beetje gedateerd, veel aanslag in badkamer, bij 1 kamer hadden we spontaan lekkage, hotel is ook een conferentiehotel en dat geeft drukte al vanaf 0700 uur.
