Overall sangat memuaskan dan sangat hospitality , dengan lokasi sangat strategis lokasi di Cikarang Baru dekat dengan mall dan tempat ibadah, dangan harga yang avordable, tersedia smmingpul dan mini gym menjadikan pilihan utama utk menginap kembali di Grnad Zuri bila berkunjung ke Cikarang
Loby hotel yang relatif minimalis, dan proses check in yang lumayan agak siang, serta antrian di receptionist ketika check out, mungkin lebih di tingkatkan kembali pelayanannya

As this was our 2nd time stayung at Grand Zuri Presidential Suite, we woyld say the cleanliness of the room was much better in comparison to the last time we were there.
1. There seems to be inconsistency of the elevator operations. During our 16 days, there are times both elevators were in operations and another just one in operation, causing waiting time to be longer.
2. There seems to not have any air condition on at the hotel lobby most of the time causing waiting at the lobby on some days felt warm and a bit stuffy.
Zwembad, restaurant en security staff was heel vriendelijk. De food was lekker.

食事ができる状況ではない、外の客の事も考えてほしい。
Great hospitality, nice location, clean and tidy room, good ambience and facility
A bit difficult to get in or out the pool (main pool) with only two vertical pool-side ladders. I think it should be provided with steps (undakan) in one or two opposite side
The staffs were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic as there are lots of eateries around.
There were a few things that can be better. As we stayed at the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed with the maintanance of the room.
1. The floor doesn't seems to be cleaned properly. We had to use indoor slippers/our own slippers while moving around the room.
2. The toilet flush in the masterbedroom seems to have a problem.
3. The breakfast menu and the room service food could be better.
Great hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Pool and gym are clean and well-maintained. Location is convenient with a shopping mall across the street.
