Genoten van ons verblijf in het natuur!
Pros:

Wij hadden een lagune kamer, heerlijk om voor je kamer te kunnen zwemmen in het zwembad. Genoeg andere zwembaden ook waar je terecht kan. Strand was dichtbij en mooi. Aquapark heel leuk! Groot zwembad in het midden waar ouders ook kunnen zwemmen terwijl de kinderen van de glijbanen afglijden. Mooie groene locatie, heerlijk!

Cons:

Kamer was een beetje aan de krappe kant.
DeLonghi zou best veel eerder open kunnen, die ging pas om 10:00 open. Ik begin de dag graag met een koffie.

We stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer for more than 10 days, and our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. It is one of those hotels where the overall quality is not based on just one feature; cleanliness, service, food, staff attitude, atmosphere, and guest care all come together at a very high standard. First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel deserves special recognition. Our room, the common areas, restaurants, lobby, pools, and surrounding facilities were consistently very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Even during busy periods, the hotel remained organized, fresh, and comfortable. The service quality was outstanding. Staff members were professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making guests feel comfortable. We especially want to thank the Guest Relations Team and the Lobby Team. Their approach was warm, efficient, and highly professional. Whenever we needed assistance or had a question, they were always available and willing to help. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Cem, the Reception Director. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and genuine attention to guests made a remarkable difference to our stay. He represents the hospitality standards of the hotel exceptionally well. The reception team under his direction was organized, welcoming, and solution-oriented at all times. The food quality and variety were also excellent. During a stay of more than 10 days, food can easily become repetitive in many resorts, but this was certainly not the case here. There was always a wide selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes, and the overall quality remained consistently high. The restaurants, presentation, service, and variety contributed greatly to our positive experience. We also really appreciated the guest profile and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Pros:

Very friendly people in welcome desk. All of them try to give you maximum comfort for your stay. Tofic, Saida and Aicha helped us a lot. Also spa center Fatma was super cute and friendly.
All restaurant people always smiling and trying to be attentive, all together stay was amazing, especially if you visit with your family.
