Cons:

Receptionist (males ), who had no idea what customer service is, who was racing the voice on lady, as well front office manager who didn't bother to get out from his office to sort the matters. The most terrible check-in in my life. Definitely, front office staff needs a training at least how to smile to the guest and to be polite. Instead of showing the attitude, beings rude and by the way , speaking bad about customers in Turkish language was more than unexpected. You never knows which language the guest can speaks!!!!!

Pros:

La qualité de l'animation. L'attention du personnel dirigeant. Le bon service des serveurs. Le parc aquatique et la piscine chauffée.

Cons:

La qualité du nettoyage des chambres était fort limitée. Le chantier en cours. Le matériel de tennis. Le restaurant à la carte car les serveurs mélangeaient les plats et peu de choses à la carte étaient disponibles (pour le seafood restaurant, seul saumon et cabillaud étaient en stock)
