It met my basic needs but didn't provide peace or current digital options for today's needs.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and fresh. The mini fridge was cold. Great location.

Cons:

Couldn't connect my own firestick to the TV, all the settings were locked to horrible DirectTV. There was no way for me to enjoy my normal TV programming. Really frustrating and dumb in this day and age.

The floors above creaked like mad! I could hear every step of the patron directly above me, who woke me up at 4:45 am pacing and dropping things for over an hour. I couldn't believe a fresh build was so poorly designed. I could also hear the neighboring units TVs! It was NOT peaceful.

Loud motorcycle blasting through the parking lot also woke me up.

I will not be returning to this location due to the above listed concerns. Maybe I expected too much from a newly rebuilt motel.

Personnel was iffy, the evening lady ignored me completely. It seemed as if calculating something with a calculator was more important - she offered Zero greeting or acknowledgement other than to check me in and provide keys.

Heather however, was wonderful. She was courteous, went the extra mile, and provided solid customer service in her voice and mannerisms, which made me feel welcomed and cared for.

We got to park close to the door

Cons:

The person checking us in refused to give us the handicapped room we requested because we didn't look handicapped. I was wearing leg braces and my wife is in a huge sling from shoulder replacement surgery. The towels had black stuff on them. The walls were dirty, the beds were very high and super uncomfortable. There was rust on the shower head and bar above.
