Don’t make the same mistake we did- find another hotel
Pros:

The hotel is smelly and staff were unhelpful. We were woken up at 1am and again the same night at 3:30am by people being extremely loud in the hallway. The staff wouldn’t bother to look into it and said they couldn’t help because they’re guests at the hotel too. The sofa bed may as well been the floor. It wasn’t the type with a mattress, instead like a hard couch that folds down. The staff said they couldn’t give us an extra blanket or comforter (was hoping to add some cushioning) and instead gave us a sheet. The sheets/comforters all had random pieces of hair clung to them (even the one the front desk gave us). The rooms were iffy on being clean and the beds were awful. The breakfast was served in a cramped area and the quality was bad. We have stayed at other SureStay hotels and have never had any issues with anything. Will never stay here again. Don’t make the same mistake- all the negative reviews are accurate.

It is time to change the heating/cooling unit to improve the quality time for the guests.
Pros:

It was fair
Pros:

The first room that we were given had a lots of hair in our bed. We called the front desk for cleaning but they didn't reply. Then in the evening we tell them to change our room. The gave us a different room but the room was also uncleaned/unorganized. So we had to tell them again. At last in the 3rd attempt they gave us a clean room. The authority should check if their staffs are cleaning the room properly before giving them to the guests.

Cons:

The rooms were uncleaned and the staffs need to be more responsible regarding their duty. In the breakfast they could have given chicken instead of pork as only a few portion of the people eat pork where if they had given chicken, it would serve all the guests.

Pros:

Cons:

Es hat extrem nach Rauch und anderen Substanzen gestunken, die Klimaanlagen sind extrem laut, und vibrieren, sodass das Bett mit vibriert. In den Räumen war so gut wie kein Sauerstoff. Wir haben das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen müssen, da an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
