It was ok
Cons:

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel, and there was hair in the tub. Room not thoroughly cleaned.

Pros:

The entire place smelled amazing and the staff was so nice. There was a very short woman who worked there (cant remember her name lol) and she was a sweetheart.

Uneventful, everything was OK except the room was very small
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable but the room wasn't large enough. Everything was clean though and the staff very nice. It was a nice property for the dog to walk a bit.

Appearance is not a feeling of open arms and welcoming feeling

Air condition worked well / staff seemed nice

Cons:

Trash never picked up outside / key dies not work for side entrance to hotel / smell in room , no fresh smell/ could not just turn on TV and watch tv , had to fish around just to finally figure it out / no plugs on each side of bed / could not get the WiFi to work for cell phones /

Pleasant stay. Hotel manager was great!
Pros:

The manager was so attentive and friendly and helpful. Pulling out additional meal items for the breakfast after some things ran out. The overall room decor could be updated. Overall pleasant experience for one night stay on a weekend trip to enjoy the falls.

Cons:

Outdated and old building and rooms.

Nice, safe, a bang for your buck. Not perfect, but nowhere is.
Pros:

Beds are super comfy, nice blankets. Decent area, buy some fast food and only 12 minutes from Niagra Falls State Park. We felt safe.

Cons:

We were on the second floor and the whole floor was extremely hot. We had the AC on in our room but it was still warm. Also, the mini fridge worked but was not plugged in and had mold in it.
