В номере сильно воняло,воняло постельное белье и полотенца,такое впечатление что его не меняли,номер не проветривали а на освежителе экономят. Я часто езжу и такое впервые. Я написал об этом администрации и никто не отреагировал. Провел ужасную ночь,лучше бы спал в машине.

the pool area was nice
Pros:

the bed was against the wall so one person had to crawl over the other and the bed was not comfortable… horrible mattress. neighbor was a crackhead who was swearing and slamming her door. other neighbor was up at 6 talking loudly outside. terrible dog area with feces everywhere. never again would i stay here.

The room was cleanish

Cons:

The AC didn't work at all it was like a sauna. The room was cleanish shower still had hair and dirt in it.

Noise at 3am from peolke staying there longterm partying was loud. Not very nice area at all.

There are long term residents and its not the fit fr a hotel

Clean and comfortable with no surprises.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the beautiful trees in the center courtyard very much. I remembered them from having stayed there before. It's easy to reach from Interstate 40 and near restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing I would have changed.

Absolutely nothing this was scary and unsafe for families!

Cons:

The long term renters with stuff crowding walkways steps broken and falling apart always disenigrating ppl having domestic disturbance next door to my room screamed and yelled at us had us scared in our room... hair in sink shower and bed in both rooms 😌 could see out the door of 205 through side of door lock panel that was poorly installed. Finally sleep at 12 to be awoken by screaming and yelling and hard banging on my wall 2 men fist fighting resulted in sherif showing up at 1am to forcefully remove these ppl which kept us all awake! Not allowed to fill coffee cups dign in lobby said not enough coffee currently! No one around at check out to discuss issues or facts that we had to call the cops! I would like a refund !

Good stay
Pros:

Check-in process was smooth, reception staff friendly. Room was clean and quiet, Bed not very comfortable.
We needed stay between national parks and it suited just fine for us
