Juste une remarque... la personne, très sympathique et très serviable était seule au petit déjeuner et il y avait beaucoup de monde. Elle a satisfait tout le monde, merci à elle. Nous aurions voulu un endroit pour déposer les plateaux déjeuner, afin de faciliter son travail, un espace est libre à côté des cuisines donc c'est tout à fait possible. Tout le monde pourrait le faire, nous le faisons déjà dans plusieurs endroits. Merci de penser à elle et de lui faciliter son travail, elle le mérite amplement.... la satisfaction du client en premier, on l'a eue mais il faut penser à améliorer le quotidien des employés. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans votre hôtel et espérons que le service du petit déjeuner soit facilité pour le personnel.
