Un hôtel confortable et très bien situé (10mn à pied du Zénith... pratique pour les concerts !)
Pros:

Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis près de 4 ans car nous y logeons à chaque séjour pour voir notre fille.
Nous sommes à chaque fois satisfaits et jusqu'à présent l'hôtel a toujours accédé à nos demandes, notamment la localisation de la chambre dans l'hôtel.
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner cette fois, mais nous pouvons tout à fait dire qu'il y a beaucoup de choix car nous avons déjà eu l'occasion de le prendre précédemment.
Très bon accueil, personnel souriant et disponible

Cons:

Le réceptionniste de nuit très mal aimable. Nous avons du le réveiller car il a mit énormément de temps à nous ouvrir le portail, au bout de 10 mn de peur de ne pouvoir accéder à notre chambre nous avons téléphoné et personne ne répondait. Bref un très mauvais moment après une excellente soirée. Très dommage.
