L'hotel és una casa típica de La Palma amb les seves finestres i balcons plens de flors i plantes, té un pati interior molt bonic, tot està molt cuidat i amb molts detalls.
La Maria és molt servicial i està pendent de l'esmorzar.

Una joya en el barrio de San Telmo
Pros:

Hotel San Telmo es un 10 sin matices. El nivel del servicio y de las instalaciones está muy por.encima de sus 2 estrellas de categoría.
Todo está pensada para que el. Cliente se sienta bien, como en casa. Dispensador de agua, fruta a disposición siempre, cafés y tes en la sala y en las habitaciones... El. Edificio es una preciosa casa típica canaria muy bien restatirada en el barrio de San Telmo. Todas las habitaciones distintas, amplias, con carácter, buenos muebles, sofás de diseño... Cuadros y lámparas de un gusto exquisito... Con esta descripción podría parecer que es un hotel caro, para VIPS y no es así: sin grandes lujos pero sí grandes comodidades, te hacen sentir como si fueras VIP. Recomiendo una de las suites o el estudio, espacios grandes, con tostadora, cafetera, tetera e incluso la suite con una pequeña vajilla para poder improvisar una cena con cuatro cosas, cosa que se agradece después de estar todo el día de excursión por los volcanes.
A destacar también los patios y los rincones exteriores, con platas exuberantes y flores frescas por toda la casa.
Servicio muy atento y discreto.

Cons:

El desayuno puede parecer escaso, pero todo es de muy buena calidad y no le falta nada.
Combina muy bien distintos hábitos de comida para todo tipo de cliente sin querer impresionar.

Ontbijt was simpel maar uitgebreid genoeg. Vers ei erbij, genoeg keuze aan kaas, vlees en yoghurt.

Alles war so wie beschrieben, das Haus, die Atmospähre und der Service waren sehr gut.
Pros:

Schöne Lage in der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet eine sehr schmackhaftes, umfangreiches Frühstück. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer ohne Balkon, das macht aber nichts, denn es gibt einen schönen Innenhof (wenn es mal zu heiß werden sollte) und eine Sonnenterrasse auf der man schön verweilen kann. Getränke gibt's übrigens (gekühlt) im Hotel zu erwerben.
Dies ist nicht dem Hotel anzulasten, aber es gibt nur eins zu beachten: In Santa-Cruz findet man nicht immer leicht einen Parkplatz, wir sind dann die erste Nacht in eine Tiefgarage (Parking Avenida del Puente) und am nächsten Tag hatten wir problemlos einen Parkplatz.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Flair
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in Santa Cruz. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, ein Obstkorb war den ganzen Tag gut bestückt. Bei einer Ankunft ohne Auto ist der Aufzug (Ascenor) eine gute Möglichkeit, das Hotel zu erreichen.
