The location is pretty good, the service from the desk and luggage room option are helpful and the lift for luggage also very helpful.
The size of the rooms are small the beds are old and too soft and the carpets are old and look dirty, the room was also smelly.

Very disappointing stay – poor cleanliness, severe noise and no refund
I originally booked this hotel for 10 nights, but I was forced to check out after just one night because the condition of the room was completely unacceptable.
The bathroom had visible mould and dirt, and the shower head was mounted unusually high and could not be adjusted. When turned on, the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, creating an unhygienic and slippery environment. The bed sheets appeared old and visibly stained, and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the room, raising serious concerns about the standard of housekeeping.
The noise level was also unacceptable. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel, with significant traffic noise, as well as noise from machinery, staff and other guests. It was extremely difficult to get proper rest. The room was also extremely cramped and did not match the expectations created by the property listing.
After just one night, I had no choice but to leave and requested a refund for the remaining 9 unused nights.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the way the refund request was handled. On 30 July at approximately 6:30–7:00 pm, I went to the front desk personally to try to resolve the issue. The staff told me they would look into arranging a refund and promised to get back to me by 12:00 pm the following day. I never received any follow-up, and I have never received the refund for the remaining nine nights.
I understand that the booking may have been marked as non-refundable. However, when a property has serious cleanliness, maintenance and noise issues that make it impossible for a guest to continue staying, I believe the complaint should at least be properly addressed.
Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I would NOT recommend this hotel. If cleanliness, a reasonable level of comfort and a quiet place to sleep are important to you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

噪音问题也非常严重。 酒店附近就是巴士车站，交通噪音非常明显，同时还有机器设备、工作人员以及其他住客产生的噪音，几乎无法正常休息。房间实际感觉也非常狭小，与 Booking.com 页面给人的空间感和预期存在明显差距。
我入住第一晚后已经无法继续住下去，因此提前退房，并立即要求退还剩余 9晚 的房费。
更令人失望的是，我在 7月30日晚上约6:30–7:00 曾亲自到前台，希望直接解决退款问题。酒店工作人员当时表示会处理退款，并承诺在第二天中午12点前给我回复。然而，我至今没有收到酒店的任何回复，也没有收到剩余9晚的退款。
我理解订单可能标注为不可退款，但如果住宿实际情况存在严重的卫生、维护和噪音问题，并且导致客人无法继续入住，我认为酒店至少应该认真处理客人的投诉，而不是在承诺回复后完全没有下文。
我不推荐这家酒店。 如果你重视卫生、安静和基本的住宿条件，建议选择其他酒店。

Friendly staff, location was easy for various things to do and eat, room was quiet. It's small but fine and bathroom good.

Location to East Coast Park. Affordability. Some of the duty staff were understanding and just following orders.
Do not book the Single Room if you want to be able to rest, relax, and sleep during the day time. It is attached to some kind of fan system nearby a laundry chute, which cannot be controlled. It is noisy, like being sat inside a cargo area of an airplane, and it pumps out hot air into the room. The duty staff stated there is only one single room in the whole hotel, so avoid at all costs unless you are going to be out all day.
The staff at first tried to charge me extra to change rooms, and it wasn't until I contacted booking.com that I was reallocated, which by that point was really too late to utilise it for its intended purpose. The room allocated to me upon change stunk like sweat and I was too tired and grateful for some peace and quiet.
