Nice for short business visits

We got to our room, lifted up the comforter and saw hair underneath the sheets. They changed our room, however, same thing...hair underneath the sheets. The lady working there was extremely apologetic. It was super super late, my husband and I were only there for one night for a layover so I got them to lay another sheet on top but I still didn't sleep a wink.

Walking distance to the subway station, shopping mall and tons of restaurant options.

Very clean and tidy room

I was assigned to an upper floor windowless room in the next block without elevator! I am 69 years old and had to dragged a big luggage myself without helper ! Room cleaning is once every 3 days and was confirmed by the staff that it is the hotel policy. Moreover, there is no small fridge in the room! For the same rate, other hotels at least provide basic amenities with a small fridge. The staff asked that this is to be brought up to their management. So, hotel.com please bring this to Snooze Hotel management.. Thanks .

Very tidy space not encouraging revisiting

Room is pretty small so is the toilet as well, there is bars and food near by. Would be a comfortable stay for back packers.

I like the fact that this hotel has many places you could eat /drink nearby, and a short walking distance to the seaside to enjoy the sea breeze.
The room I was given was with 2 single beds so I've used the the extra bed for my luggage and stuff, it was nice, comfortable and clean, almost perfect for the 24 hours lay over I spent in Singapore if not for the leak in the bathroom floor. I ended up with wet feet the next morning. I didn't have the chance to let the reception know as I was in a hurry to catch my flight.
Also the walls and the door are pretty thin so the conversations or any noise from other hotel guests coming and going along the corridor can be easily heard, so bring ear plugs.

The reception service is ok, one lady is quite abrupt and almost unfriendly, but the other one is friendly enough and offers a smile which is comforting. There is no hairdryer in the room but the reception can lend you one but just make sure return it to the reception at check out which I did.

Also upon check in they've asked for a 50 SG dollars deposit, even though I've already paid for my stay when I booked online, but they've they returned it to me at check out, I have not expected it, good thing I drew out some cash before i left the airport.

The hotel is a bit further away from the airport about 15 minutes taxi ride and costs less than 20 SG dollars, but traffic is fast moving and taxi booking is pretty quick to arrive so all good.

You get what you pay for…there was a high pitched ringing sound coming from the card holder, the beds weren’t super comfortable, the walls are quite thin so you could hear people outside and in rooms next door super late into the night given it’s on a busy street. The staff at the desk was very kind and helpful though.

Nice no frills place. The lady at the reception was very helpful even helping me save money.

The room was decent for short stay. The location is well located near to East Coast Park and Parkway parade. However I was slightly disappointed with the room as it was not what it looks like in the pictures. The room is very basic and clean. that's all. It does not look as fancy as those you see in the pictures.

If you need to stay near the airport then this is the perfect place. The room is small BUT - I needed a comfortable bed and easy to get to my next flight the next day. For me and for my expectations this was a great Hotel.
