Still very good value for money, perfect and yet very quiet location.
Pros:

Super staff, helpfull, with free lugage storage while on the trek.

Cons:

Standard rooms don’t have windows directly connected with the outside, but on a well lit corridor.

Pros:

Nearby to thamel street and many eatery. Quiet and peace place. Friendly staff with good lift facility especially after your hike. Basic amenity without heater as price is expected. We book most basic room.

All good and both of us happy with the stay
Pros:

The location is at the central of Thamel, 5 minutes walking you will be in Thamel, quite area and many cafes around the guest house. The staff are very helpful. We manage to stay longer than we expecting. Will definitely coming back when we are in Thamel again.

Cons:

Not really sure who, but there was a time at the evening many people talking loudly and walking back and forth at the rooftop area.

Pros:

Excellent stay! The staff were always helpful and ready to assist. The room was in a silent location,no noise from the streets. Appreciated the hot shower and free luggage storage after checkout. Fantastic 360° rooftop views of Kathmandu! Highly recommend.

オーナーや、スタッフの方の対応とても親切で良かったです。

Cons:

まずはシャワーがコールドシャワーでした。部屋の綺麗さや水回りの綺麗さは値段相応という感じです。エアコン、ドライヤー無しなので、少しその辺りが大変でした。エアコン無しなので、湿気がありました。
