there are alot people smoking in the swimming pool area. I ask the Pool guard and he said it is a smoking area, which is very weird because they have water playground full of kids in the swimming pool area. Public places especially the one intended for kids should be smoke free zone. Not very kids friendly.
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Overall, I was very pleased. A special shoutout to Menda from the front office, who was always wonderful and greeted us with a lovely smile.

The hotel is definitely of a good standard, very good for what one can find in Pekanbaru. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and dining area are also very good. Well-prepared and friendly staff
Great location, I have booked many times in this hotel.
However, the Hotel is plagued by internet connection problems, especially if you are an IPhone user. At Level 5, it just wouldn’t connect to WiFi or stay online more than an hour. I endure for a whole week, no resolve.
It’s frustrating, pls get it fix.

Staff was not good. When I checked in, the room was not ready and he started excuses. If he proposed any alternatives, I highly evaluated this hotel, but his such poor non professional attitude made it ruined.

The newly renovated rooms are a great place to stay. Staffs are very friendly, the breakfast spread are sufficient but the egg station need to be better, my omelette was quite dry.
The hot shower could be hotter, other than that, it’s worth the money
Very nice clean room and food for breakfast is excellent. Who that love instant mie will enjoy the breakfast with a cup of coffee. Traditional drink is available. Shuttle bus is a good choice to visiting places during in Pekanbaru. Price is reasonable although location is near shopping place.

Only a smoking room was available. I had to pay for an upgrade to get a non smoking room.
It was the first time to stay thid hotel. The hotel is well located beside the old mall.
Room: Quite big but bit dark. There is no desk light, so I used lower coffee table for work. Not the best for work. The design is outdated and it is tired looking. The bed is ok. The bathroom is simple, nothing special.
Lobby: It is clean and bright unlike the room.
Because the location is good, it is good option for tourists and business, but you cannot expect modern style of the room. It is rather old school hotel.
The location is in the centre of the town, the room is clean, the breakfast have many variety of foods and delicious, the staffs are friendly.
