Perfect experience. Loved the deep bathtub and luxury bedding. The room was huge. The staff was responsive. Having a restaurant in a space like the atrium was a big plus, especially when a snow storm came in. Having an option for breakfast in the room was really nice. too. The price is terrific. I'll stay there on my trip back through.
I didn't use the gym this time but it looked too sparse for a hotel like this.
The room was great.
Having to pay for parking. This was not made clear when I looked up the hotel.
Good food good value spacious beautiful rooms and theme loved the open indoor outdoor looking space.
The 3rd party parking company charged me for 2 nights and o was only there one. They have not corrected it yet. Also I was told parking was only $10 a night .
Plus we were told it was a complimentary breakfast. That didn't happen and we drove 1.5 hours home starving
location and restaurant
Expensive
We love this hotel. It’s so nice inside, great bar and restaurant and huge comfortable room. The best place to stay before flying. The kids love the koi river!
Didn’t service lunch on Saturday
Paying for parking. Staff didn’t tell me this when I checked in.
It was a really nice hotel and a beautiful one too. It had breakfast (not free) and dinner areas. The rooms were also beautiful. Although we went to run some arrends around Denver and once we came back, the roof was leaking water. We had to move rooms and all we got was drink and breakfast vouchers. It was in a good spot in Aurora. It was a bit on the expensive side. It was a very clean and spotless room. The noise was like Non-existant. We didn't get room service but I'm sure it would be great.
It’s a former Embassy Suites and it looks exactly like one from the 1980s when my kids’ little league team stayed at one . . . Without any remodeling.
Breakfast was pricy ($18) for low-end breakfast buffet and ingredients.
Great location to Denver airport. A free shuttle bus was available. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure, comfort room, fast wifi. Nice variety at breakfast . We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. All of the staff were polite and friendly.
Aurora Co
I booked a room 4 months in advance for 5 nights. I had to change my plans and cancel the reservation. I called over a month in advance and they said that I could not get my money back. I booked through Expedia and they called and were told the same thing. Not a good management policy. I do n to recommend any place that will not give you a refund when you gave them over one month in advance to get rebooked.
I loved everything about this hotel! Definitely will go back. It was magical
