Lift operations are very difficult mostly wouldn’t work for me and other guests also I couldn’t get to my parking level using my card made it pretty awkward

Great location and nice view from the city view apartment.
Our window in the bedroom was broken and the wifi connection wasn't the best. Reception did offer to change our room once we reported it though, and the staff were very friendly and professional.
it was in a good location and had good potential looked so inviting coming in, the staff were very kind when checking in and out.
it was so underwhelming especially after the grand entrance you enter through. you couldn’t walk past the end of the bed. it was mouldy in the bathroom and the caulk had gone black and just looked perpetually dirty and unclean and there were poorly patched holes in the wall that you couldn’t see with just the beside light on as it was so dark in the room, and just overall needed a lot of TLC, it was very dark with no natural light in the bedroom and very loud all the doors slamming in the hallway. i was staying alone so it was fine but if there have been two of us in there like i’d booked for it would’ve been hell, i had to leave my suitcase in the middle of the living room floor and there was a combined washer and dryer however some of my clothes needed to be hung to dry and there was nowhere to do so and no clotheshorse provided

Room was not cleaned properly, items left in bathroom cabinet from last guests, also shorts and underwear left in washing machine from last guests. Obviously none of this was properly checked or cleaned by the hotel before giving us our room key. One light was out in the living room, no body wash in the bottle. Not a very pleasant stay if I’m honest.
Was a nice central location with friendly staff and clean enough rooms for our standards. Had a nice view apart from being directly across from another building which blocked most views but no big deal. Rooms were always made up well and towels replaced pretty much daily which we appreciated.
Lifts slow despite being 3 but that’s just because there were residents as well.
Great location, large clean rooms, huge balcony and incredible city views
Getting to the car park was painful having to wait and get reception to let you in the lifts.
