We love how quiet the rooms are, the comfortable beds, spacious apartments with cooking facilities. The pid coffee machine with ample pods for our stay us a wonderful bonus for a coffee addiction like myself.
The bathroom is spotless, the shower is powerful and complimentary toiletries.
Staff are available and give exceptional service.
WiFi connection didnt work very well. Very slow and very few times didnt work at all for short periods of time.

Clean, close to shops.
Other than the bins that needed to be changed and had an unpleasant smell, where the lifts are to the car park (we stayed overnight and it wasn’t changed) we had no reason to not like the property.
I liked that it was close to everything. Great views of the skyscrapers from my bedroom. The bedroom was the best part of the apartment. Nice open window view from bed. I did move some furniture around to make it a bit more comfortable.... sorry lol the photos in the add for the apartment were not the apartment I had. The apartment in the photo looked semi modern, the apartment I stayed in was pretty outdated, which was disappointing.
I used the "heated pool" that was freezing!!! And it's still summer but I couldn't stay in the pool long because it was to cold. I'm really glad there was a sauna to warm me up before I headed back to the apartment.
The apartment was nothing like I thought it would be. Good windows and views but the rooms were not organised very well, pretty basic. There wasn't even a pen in the room, something I never thought I needed when I have stayed in other hotels there is always a pen... so pretty basic room. Not very clean. I moved the bed to put closer to the window and I found a few things under the bed, showed the carpets don't get cleaned very well. Shower had shower scum on windows, the cleaners don't pay much attention to detail.
So over all the apartment I paid for wasn't anything like it showed in the photos, was hoping kind of modern but instead got out dated. Lots of cupboard space that I don't think is needed. The lobby, lifts and hallways look very welcoming, but when you walk into the room it's another story.
For the price I think it's almost reasonable but updates would help in making me want to go back to this hotel. I would find somewhere better for same price, with bit more modern and a pool that didn't make you freeze your bum off!
Oh and also the phones!!! I had 2 telephones in my room and they both didn't work... by the time I figured out I had to wring the hotel number from my phone to get room service, and then find out it was closed 20 minutes before the advertised closed time was a really disappointing!!
The television stations!!! Again outdated. States it's a smart tv but it didn't let you use any spart functions. I could only get like 8 hotel channels. I couldn't even get a normal t.v station!
OK I think that's about it. I only wrote all this in the hopes you guys up your game a bit, that hotel has so much potential!
The property was comfortable and in a great location. Will be back.
Close to everything great price
The breakfast- and coffee
The room was unclean and tiny- AND WHEN I SAY UNCLEAN I MEAN THERE WAS DRY BLOOD ON THE MIRROR AND FRAME THAT HUNG IN THE HALLWAY AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE APPARENT. There were marks on most of the walls and there were missing shelves in the bathroom AND ONE F’ing FORK. It had one very small two seater couch, not comfortable for two people to sit comfortably on. There was no way to walk around the bed that they have two doors into the bedroom simply so both people could access either side of the bedroom. The balcony (or what I called it- the naughty corner) it was so small you had room for the aircon unit and one chair. For the almost $900 I paid for the room I was expecting more comfort than what was delivered. The swimming pool (if you would call it that) was also pathetically small.
Great value, walking distance to Southbank.
