Staff is non responsive. I'm following up for gst invoice for my stay n there has been no response.
Had requested for pick up for my ages parents n was not done. Serious lapses in communication.
My dad could not climb step for using washroom. This was not stated anywhere while booking.
Place stinks and doesn't give fresh feeling despite good ambience.
Breakfast was so so taste wise. Has good variety.
Air conditioner in room was showing 22 deg cel but it was hot. Something categorically wrong.

Worst hotel experience. We checked out early because it was that bad

Nothing good about this property

Cons:

It was disgustingly dirty. Mold everywhere. We saw a rat in our room and could also hear them in the walls. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom and in the breakfast bar. Stains on the bed.
