The very first room that I checked into the water was completely cold in the shower, which I thought was kind of odd. Later on that night, I noticed that the floor in the bathroom was wet, but I had not been in the shower. I woke up the next morning to my hotel room completely being flooded by the unit upstairs the water was coming from the ceiling and both the living room and the area above the bed. The floor is completely wet along with the bottom, half of the bed. There was water bugs, crawling all over the floor, and the walls in which I killed multiple of them. I went down to the office immediately after waking up to be relocated to another room for the remaining of my stay. The room that I was relocated to was decent and the shower was hot. And I didn’t see any bugs, but I was completely uncomfortable with my very first night. I should have knew something was wrong when the shower was cold. But I have learned my lesson.

prostitutes all over the hotel. The lights didn't work in the spa room. the hot water ran out within 2 minutes in the shower. some type of brown liquid was coming out of the mini fridge and stunk. the price for the room was way too high for what it was.also there was broken furniture in the room. and the hotel clerk made me give him the remote back to the fire place so i had to get with him every time i wanted to turn it on or off. worst experience ever and would love to get my money back

They had my car towed which cost me an additional $300 on top of what I was already paying, which was $360 a week.

Front desk is rude, they start knocking on your door at 10a and again every few minutes until check out at 11a. At 11:01 verbally and aggressively telling you to get out now!! It's scary and unnecessary. Zero customer service. Free coffee is available from 6:30 to 8:30a.

Seeing a roach crawling up the wall at night. The bathroom door was starting to come off the hinges people roaming around staring at you looking at you while you're in your car. Walking up and asking you questions knocking on your door. Don't even know who the hell they are

The lighting the main lighting in the bedroom was questionable and pretty dim the same thing with the the bathroom

Then I wasn't going to give a bad review. I was going to leave one at all until today when I try to rebook the room through booking and when I went to go pay they want to charge me 20 extra dollars because they said and I quote

" I MADE THE BED SHEETS DIRTY" wish that is a big sign that they may be just remaking the beds without washing them because they're charging me because the bed sheets are dirty aren't you supposed to wash them anyway so I asked him is it in their policy he said no he said the manager said that I asked the Spokane the manager he would not bring me the manager he will not get them on the phone so I told him straightforward I'm just taking my money elsewhere I don't care how many times you tell me I made the bbed sheets dirty that it doesn't warrant me to have to cough up more money so I took my business elsewhere

So they got a bad review for me and I make sure to lock my card so they cannot try to recharge me for BS
