Important information:

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.

Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.

All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available. Pet Fee Per Pet Per Night: 36 GBPGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

J’ai séjourné à staybridge london pendant quelques jours. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel de la réception est gentil et accueillant, et la dame présente au petit-déjeuner est également très sympathique.
L’emplacement est excellent, en plein centre de Londres, à proximité du métro, des bus et du train. Il y a aussi des cafés à côté, et il est possible de marcher jusqu’à Big Ben et Westminster en moins de 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique.
Cependant, je souhaite signaler quelques points négatifs concernant la chambre 114. Tout d’abord, il s’agissait d’une chambre communicante, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise. En tant que couple, nous n’avions pas besoin de ce type de chambre, et je n’ai pas pu en changer car je suis arrivée tard le soir et j’étais trop fatiguée pour redescendre à la réception.
Deuxièmement, il n’y avait pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain pour utiliser un sèche-cheveux, ce qui est peu pratique.
Je recommande à l’hôtel d’informer les clients à l’avance pour les chambres communicantes et d’améliorer ces points pour une meilleure expérience.
Je reviendrai certainement à l’hôtel staybridge London
J ai oublié de préciser que je suis une cliente fidèle de staybridge surtout celui de Malaga.

Chambre moyennement bien isolé du couloir, nous avions donc du bruit des personnes qui vont et viennent ce qui nous as empêché de bien dormir une nuit.

Exceptional Customer Service – Truly Appreciated

I wanted to share a quick review to recognise the outstanding customer service I received from Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall.

Due to a genuine issue with our booking (room occupancy for a family of four), we found ourselves in a difficult position. Despite the reservation being non-refundable, the team — and in particular Florin Suciu — handled the situation with professionalism, understanding, and genuine goodwill.

They kindly arranged a full cancellation at no cost, which was incredibly appreciated and not something you always expect. It really shows the level of care and customer focus they have.

While we didn’t end up staying on this occasion, this experience alone gives me full confidence in the hotel and its management. I would not hesitate to consider staying here in the future.

Thank you again to the team for going above and beyond — it made a stressful situation much easier.

Lovely stay at Staybridge
Pros:

I was able to stay at the one bedroom suite as I was very generously upgraded from the king suite by Dorin. It was a 3 night stay. On top of that I was treated with upmost care and hospitality by Najwa, Yasmin and Richard. Food was great, rooms are clean and me and wife felt very comfortable.
