Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.
Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.
All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.
We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available. Good location, close to Transport hub at Vauxhall but quiet area in parkland. Good local restaurants. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Nice breakfast.

Room was comfortable.
It was clean and we especially enjoyed making use of the common area where breakfast was served. It had coffee & tea which was available 24/7.
It is organised down to having a small "shop" where you could buy toiletries, various drinks and food including ready meals you could microwave.
I would stay here again.
The pillows: they were too soft, but there were enough to make sleeping tolerable.
Lighting was dim in some areas. This made it difficult to locate items in some of the bedroom cupboards. Did use the Anglepoise lamp from the desk to illuminated cupboard interiors.

Rusana was so nice! I showed up to happy hour with no shoes on as my feet were so sore after a day full of walking and she went out of her way to go get me slippers when she noticed and made sure it was discrete
The room was lovely and big with a great kitchenette and fridge. The location was excellent for my event and i loved walking on the river which was about a 3 minute walk away. The room had great views of the trains and city. The breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Definitely recommend, especially for the money.

We particularly found the Sociable Hour a pleasant surprise not having met it before. A light snack was just what we needed. Breakfast was also very pleasant with helpful choices. We had no need of the kitchen area in our room but could see how useful it could be.
We were offered a wake up call which we accepted, but it didn't happen. It could have been a problem.
The hotel is clean and safe also the breakfast is very good, staff are helpful,smiling all the times.
Facilities are very good
Visiting our daughter in London for her 40th birthday we received a very warm welcome by the front desk manager Mr Florin, but not only that, we also got a complementary breakfast invitation for the next morning and if that is not yet enough also a perfectly cooled bottle of Prosecco to toast
