Important information:

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.

Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.

All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

We welcome small dogs under 22kg for 36 GBP per pet per night. The hotel has specific rooms only for guide dogs, which are subject to availability. All guests must contact the hotel before booking accommodations to ensure these specific rooms are available. Pet Fee Per Pet Per Night: 36 GBPGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Hôtel dont la localisation est appréciable et au confort à la hauteur des attentes.
Pros:

Hôtel parfait pour un court séjour, avec le confort requis et un petit-déjeuner parfait. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel à l’écoute.

Cons:

Un changement des serviettes au cours des deux jours passés aurait été apprécié.

A warm, comfortable, and family-friendly stay in a great location — we would happily stay here again
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, especially because the staff were so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The breakfast was great, the location was very convenient, and many of the main places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable for our family, and the hotel had a warm, home-like feeling.

Cons:

There was nothing major we did not like during our stay.

Pros:

Spacious room , nice bathroom , good breakfast choice .

Cons:

All pillows had hairs on them and one was soiled . The mattress was rock hard , had no sleep .
At breakfast a member of staff reached across me to take my plate away, never asked me if that was okay .

Comfortable Stay and Hospitable Team
Pros:

We stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The hotel is under a 10 min walk from the train/tube station so we were able to go directly here after landing at Heathrow. Florin greeted us warmly and we were able to check in right away even though it was 8a. I was so surprised to be the guest of the day which Florin explained gave me a few extras like snacks and drinks that were put in our room. Florin also gave my daughter a stuffed Fox as a welcome gift. We enjoyed the extra space in the room, and the shower, beds, kitchenette were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious everyday - huge spread of fresh fruits, meats/cheeses, croissants and pastries, bread, bagels, cereals, oatmeals, make your own trail mix, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns, British baked beans, bacon, tomatoes and some fresh vegetables and olives. So many grab and go juices, different milks, teas, hot cocoa, coffee machine. Such a nice way to start our day! We were able to do laundry as well (completely free - not coin operated) as we were moving onto Scotland for vacation. I just packed laundry detergent sheets and was easy to travel with. Recommend the tea shop just a block away and the Black Dog pub next door for fish and chips and a pint. Thank you again Florin for your hospitality!

Perfectly situated , easy to get to. Welcomed immediately by Richard . Beautiful lobby, wry clean. Our suite had everything we needed and more. The shower was amazing. The bed so comfortable. The breakfast was multiple choice. Excellent choices for everyone
