Staff were amazing, room was lovely

Great location, underground station within close proximity.
Property is great- very clean with all the amenities you could want!

I stayed at Staybridge Suites Vauxhall to celebrate my 50th birthday with my husband and we had a wonderful stay. From my initial emails with them to the check in, the stay, breakfast and checkout was all wonderful. They put birthday balloons in our room which was really nice. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Our room was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchette had everything you could ever need. The shower was good and the bed was really comfortable, I slept so soundly. The room was soundproofed really well, I heard no noise from inside or outside the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food and drinks to a high standard. The breakfast room was so lovely, the best ive been too.
The entire hotel was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is tucked away in a quiet position but only a three minute walk and you are on the Thames. It really is in an ideal position.
I really wish I could have stayed for a week or even longer!
They have a gym and laundry room, although I didn't use these facilities. I was also sad to miss the managers evening social event as this is held monday to Wednesday as I stayed on a Thursday but a lovely idea.
I really cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

I cannot wait to stay again.

A lovely stay in LDN, everything is perfect. The room is great, breakfast is delicious, and the whole home team is friendly.
Especially thanks to Byrd and Alex. Thanks for upgrading my room, and Byrd gave me a lot of suggestions for eat-in and shopping places.

The Staybridge Suites in Vauxhall is a hidden gem. It is clean and quiet with friendly staff and in a lovely quiet neighborhood-- replete with a stunning local park and excellent looking playground, lovely pubs and eateries, a couple of blocks from the Thames, conveniently located to the Underground. We are in London every few months and will definitely stay again in the future.

Thank you Dorian and Bird (new trainee) who didn’t forget to thank me for my loyalty. Good sense of humour and lovely room too. This is one hotel where everything is always ‘just perfect’.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall during our June 2026 trip to London. We traveled with three generations—my daughter, parents, and myself—and found the hotel to be the perfect home base for exploring the city.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was another highlight: quiet and peaceful at night, yet convenient for accessing London's attractions and transportation. They also offered washers and dryers for hotel guests to do a load of laundry free of charge!
What truly made our stay even better was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected.
One of the most memorable moments of our trip happened during the evening social hosted in the lobby. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Scott, who took the time to chat with our family. When he asked my daughter about her favorite London experience, she immediately said visiting Jellycat at Selfridges. To our surprise, Scott later gifted her a Jellycat after mentioning that his wife works for the company. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that absolutely made her trip and created a memory she'll never forget.
Thank you to Scott and the entire Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall team for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to London.
