They offered me to see a different room after I decided to leave but I declined, damage was done.

Decent hotel in a s superb location
Pros:

The location is superb, right in the middle of the city's heritage zone and nearby key transport hubs and shopping and other attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Strong WIFI signal and good air conditioning. The family room was large.

Cons:

Parking space is limited and crammed. Some of the towels given were stained.

Pros:

location is good for Pasar Seni, the bed is comfortable

Cons:

The door of the bathroom is quite uncomfortable, one door for both shower and toile use
the biggest problem is the shower room got a frost glass window, however there is not sunshade.
water heater is very bad
every morning the sunlight wake me up very early
