La camera senza finestra aveva un leggero odore di muffa. L'aria condizionata non era direzionabile e puntava direttamente sul letto costringendoci a usare la trapunta.

Chambre agréable et hôtel globalement correct. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, vraiment très pratique, à proximité de Chinatown.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif a été l’odeur de tabac dans la chambre. Étant presque au dernier étage, je pense que des personnes fumaient à l’extérieur, probablement près du toit ou de la piscine, et que l’odeur entrait ensuite par les aérations. L’odeur de cigarette était particulièrement présente le matin et le soir et c’est vraiment ce qui m’a le plus gênée pendant mon séjour.

Emplacement proche des nombreux commerces et restaurants - personnel sympathique

Cons:

Établissement vétuste, réfrigérateur non fonctionnel, hygiène à revoir, cerise sur le gâteau : vous êtes réveillé à 7h par des marteaux piqueurs et engins de travaux. Très bruyants ++++, odeur de cigarettes tôt le matin via les aérations de climatisation.

Hotel algo decadente con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Es la mejor ubicación para visitar Kuala Lumpur. Estás en todo el ambiente nocturno, en el mercado, Life River, Petaling…al lado del hotel hay oficinas de cambio, lavanderías, restaurantes… Tiene una piscina en la azotea. Muy buen precio.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están descuidadas, la ropa de cama debe renovarse, tiene muchas manchas. En la habitación enciendes y apagas todas las luces desde la entrada, incluso la del baño. Me movía con la linterna del móvil. Tampoco tenía enchufes en la mesilla. El ascensor está muy viejo, y hace mucho ruido. Pide una habitación alejada, o no podrás dormir. La amabilidad del personal puede mejorar, es atento pero algo seco.

Overall really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book to stay again!
Pros:

We booked a few nights at the pacific express hotel and overall really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and even kept our bags securely when we were waiting to head to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Hitam was located right next door to the market, near the river of life and a short walk to 7/11. The pool was so nice and had a beautiful view.
