1.床单和枕套不是很干净。2.其他的旅客凌晨两三点仍然在大声喧哗，吵闹不停，旅店没有任何工作人员出面制止。3.连房间内的矿泉水都不可以免费续。从槟城一路过来，这家店是最差劲的一个！

The cleanliness can be improved especially around the public area.. the shower glass had stains on them so it looked dirty. They were droppings in the room.
